    Salesperson didn't return calls until the day after the service was performed. Technician left 5' pipe and other parts for trash. Inspection not scheduled, and then customer service requests I make the call, as she doesn't know why the Technician didn't.

    A few weeks back I had a water heater installed. Installer damaged pipes and drain pan. The pan that was installed was too small and damaged during installation.
    I called due to both issues, they fixed the leaking pipe within 2 days, telling me someone would call me to replace damaged drain pain.
    Needless to say, no one called.
    County inspector came and failed the inspection due to damaged drain pan.
    I called BGE Home 4x in week, each time being told someone would call me back.
    No one has.
    Terrible Terrible service. Wish I never went with them.

    I've never had a problem with the people that come and do the work, they get 5 stars. Customer Service is a nightmare if something goes wrong or the project gets delayed. A customer should never have to call the company to find out what's going on, why is there a delay or be made to wait for a call back from someone who is on vacation to find out how much longer it's going to take to schedule the next appointment. 10 days and 3 phone calls (only 1 returned call explaining I should call back again when enough time has passed to reschedule, 2 unanswered phone calls after I waited for the recommended time that I left messages so far). Unreal, how many times do I have to ask the same question? And no, I will not contact a customer service rep with my information again, they only forward my call to the same person who is never at his desk so I end up yet again having to leave the same message. You get a hold of me, my name is right here, look up my file and leave a message on my phone just telling me when you can actually send someone to do the work I already paid you to do or explain why it's taking longer for you to do it. I've been polite, understanding, and far more patient than you deserve. BEWARE of this company, this isn't even a major issue for heavens sake, it's just a customer who wants to know when the next appointment can be scheduled OR why you still are not able to schedule it. Unbelievable, you have a customer who understood from the get go that it may take up to 2 months to finish the job that another contractor could have already finished for less money. I stuck with BGE Home because I've only had good experiences with the service people and appreciate how reliable and personable they've been to deal with. Boy do I feel duped now.

    Chris B, came out to look at our refrigerator after it had stopped cooling. I had tried to make an appointment with the company who sold us the fridge and could not even get a diagnostic appointment for 2 weeks. He was able to quickly diagnose the problem and direct me how to have the issue taken care of more promptly and the most cost effective way. Very grateful for the extra time and knowledge shared!

    I was getting System malfunction alert on thermostat. I Scheduled the service appointment BGE sent a technician promptly who identified the problem, Ordered the part needed and fixed the unit. All done in 3 days. Heating was still working during this time.

    I’ve been using BGE for over a decade. Scheduling service is simple, one call does it all, technicians are trained, knowledgeable, and professional. I don’t remember one instance when I was not satisfied or had to call back with the same problem.

    The service just sucks when it was bge home so much better now there constillation home they stink the name constillation tells it all if you need your washer fixed ect prepare to be without 2 weeks just for them to look at it. Good forbid my boiler go out I'm not waiting 2 weeks no heat I'm start looking elsewhere for better home warranty

    Our service tech Terry Kolb went above and beyond to make sure our AC was repaired. He picked up our part that was needed and came the next morning to make sure it was installed. After going 3 days with no air in the heat of summer, we were so happy that he cared enough to make sure we did not have to wait any longer! BGE Home needs more employees like Terry! If we ever need anything else done by BGE Home I will make sure Terry is the one that comes to my home! Thank you Terry! So very much for your kindness!

    Speechless. They came out to fix a boiler and broke something. Water was gushing out and the basement unit was fully flooded when the tenant got home a few hours later. Carpets and all destroyed. When we called to ask for an explanation, we were told that we can't prove that they caused the problem and accused our tenants of haing tampered with the boiler!!!! $7,000 in damages. The most unprofessional treatment imaginable from a company who has a long-term maintenance contract with you. Canceling our contracts for all of our buildings and never doing usiness with them again.

    Several months ago, I scheduled an AC maintenance appointment through the BGE Home website. On the website, it needed to be scheduled several weeks in advance. Later, on the day of the appointment, BGE Home cancelled the appointment. Several weeks ago, I tried again and scheduled an AC Maintenance appointment. On the day of the appointment, the technician text messaged me to postpone. The appointment was rescheduled. On the rescheduled date, the technician did not arrive during the scheduled time. I contacted the call center and they had no estimation as to when the technician would arrive. I cancelled the appointment. I am frustrated and disappointed with BGE Home. I will not try for a fourth appointment.

    David was amazing! He was so knowledgeable and explained the repair to us as he did it. We commented that he should teach others and were not surprised when he said he was a trainer. His skill there was apparent. He disassembled and fixed the dryer quickly. One of the best service calls we have experienced.
