    Scheduled my air check up 6 weeks ago. Scheduled a 7:30-12 appointment
    Day of called at 11 and told 12-2
    Still no call or service at 2:30. Asked to speak with a supervisor put on hold 15 y poor minute
    Still not called.this has happened 3 times previously for scheduled appointments
    I don,t recommend there use. Very poor
    It’s now 3:52 and service called me to say 20 minutes

    Was given appt between 730a and 9pm. They never showed or called. I called them 3xs got run around then told me a supervisor would callme back. Not to mention it's been a power outage for 5 days. Most of my services came back except my heat. Bge an Constellation services both suck. So mad Pepco not up here.

    I'm sure others have the same problem, so I won't write a lengthy review. It's the basic customer service sham; a company takes your monthly service plan fees and won't provide the service. Customer service will say they will expedite your request, but when you follow up later, there is no record of your request. They say they will give you an exact appointment only to give a time frame such as "after the technician completes all of their calls you will be the first stop," which means anywhere from 7 am to after 5 pm. I wouldn't mind that so much if we hadn't been told at least five variations of lies over a two-week period. I've been paying for a monthly plan for YEARS and finally need to use the service and am not getting a positive response. If someone from the company sees this message, please don't thank me for my review. I want the service you promised.

    Technicians are very knowledgeable, pleasant, clean and respectful. Very fast service, my water heater was checked and replaced in one day.

    I sold my home in May of 2022 and requested that they cancel my service contract. The company continued to bill me every month of 2022 and I finally got a service rep to cancel my service at the end of January 2023. Now a supervisor has delayed calling me back for three months.

    Update 3/6 - I finally received a call from the supervisor who let me know they would be refunding the charges they billed me. As of today I have not received the refund...

    After being a loyal for more than 20 years. In the past 5 years your customers service has continually become absolutely horrible. My experience with your technicians has been extremely pleasant however, getting them scheduled for appointment is close to impossible. Fast forward to today. We are moving from our home of 22 years where not only did we continue to pay for service contract we also paid over 10k for a new Heat Pump replacement through your company.

    Now when we need your help to cancel current service. We were left to wait 6 days for a returned call that we were told would be within 24 hours. Only to be transferred numerous times and then told we had a $96 outstanding balance which we agreed to pay. We were transferred 2 more times only to be left in hold and then disconnected. It's very upsetting that while you charge over $100 per hour of your time. You consider my families time to have no value.

    Desired outcome. We want only to be able to pay our remaining balance and cancel our agreement.

    This new company constalation energy is not a favorite of mine! Service is terrible and they do not answer the phones! Once they do they are not qualified nor experienced. It should not take weeks or months to have a repair done on a washer. I believe I will be leaving! Sucks!!!! I loved BGE Home, and this company is Not the same!
    Update: called again on 12/23 and spoke with Tammy and Heather and was promised a return call which never happened.
    Called again today 12/28 spoke with Joyce who actually cares and was able to get me a sooner appointment. This company needs more Joyce’s!

    Have had them for many years for appliance service. Recently had problems with clothes washer and dish washer. BOTH STILL NOT REPAIRED. WILL NEVER RECOMMEND THEM AGAIN. Hope that sometime in the future there service will improve. Always was a great place to do business with, hopefully management will improve

    I would like to give a big shout out to both Phillip McDaniel, technician, and manager Eli P. I recently had a problem with my thermostat at my home and as a result we lost our heat for the day.
    I contacted Constellation Energy that evening and luckily Eli answered the call. She immediately called for a technician. Phillip McDaniel left his home and drove to my home at 11:30 pm to work on our unit and restore our heat on this very cold evening. Eli even called to follow up the next day to make sure all issues were resolved. Thank you Eli and Phillip for helping .

    I had a leak in my wall in the kitchen and they cut it for no reason they went upstairs cut the wall in the laundry room and cut a large hole and now my washing machine will not fully function and then today a plumber came and put a new pipe in my wall
