Monday night the heat was not working. I live with my elderly mother who has chronic pain issues. Having g no heat is detrimental to her health. I called the dispatch number at the crack of dawn and a technician arrived by lunch time. Our home was back to normal temperature 2 hours after the repair..

Outstanding service was provided by Michael and Sons (M&S). The company was very professional from start to finish. The professionals that came to my house did a great job at ensuring we understood the scope of the work that needed to be done. The company knew that my outside work site had a lot of utility lines in the area and took the time to hand dig down to the problem areas. The company also took time to replace whole service pipes to ensure the job was complete. After the new sewer line was replaced, M&S took the time to camera the line to ensure there were no more breaks in it. M&S also ran a new, complete water line, to ensure the entire water supply line had integrity. After the job was complete, all the repairs were inspected by the water utility company. After dealing with some substandard plumbers for my line repairs, my wife and I have a high degree of confidence that our water is restored for years to come. I would not say M&S is cheap, as far as cost, but I will say the quality of the work, and the piece of mind we have, the cost was well worth it. Thanks to the entire crew that provided service at my house, great work, great team!

I had a great experience with Michael and Son. Professional and helped us solve our plumbing problem.

They were referred to us by St. Veronica’s church- due to many satisfied parishioners. The gentleman arrived at our house this morning right on time. He was very clean, polite, pleasant and knowledgeable. He went straight to work diagnosing the problems-accurately- and worked very diligently to get all of our plumbing problems resolved. He did not attempt to sell me anything which was unneeded. Simply, replaced simple parts and got us up and running quickly and smoothly. I would most definitely recommend this company to anyone who is looking for experience, knowledge and a fair price. I’m sure we will be calling them again in the future.

Michael and Son's are the best. Their employees are knowledgeable, professional, courteous, clean, and respectful. What more could a customer ask for when requiring a repair. Each technician that has provided service in my home from M&S has been very thoughtful and thorough in explaining the issues I've encountered. I especially like and was surprised by the text from Michael and Son's with the picture of the technician including his qualifications. The technician Corey was professional,friendly, knowledgeable and well versed in explaining my problem to me so I could understand what happened. He also took the time to check the entire system as a precaution to ensure nothing was overlooked during his diagnosis. Thank you and all the professionals at Michael and Son's. Trustworthy and dependable are perfect words that I associate with you company.

The service technician was very kind and professional and arrived on-time. He thoroughly inspected my thermostat and furnace and upgraded my thermostat to an even more attractive device. He reminded me that my system was under warranty (something I had failed to remember) and that I was due for a system check-up. I was extremely pleased with the service provided by this technician. He showed respect for my property, wore a mask, and covered his shoes in order not to scuff up my new wood floors.

While the technician was most friendly, he didn't bring a vacuum with him to clean the air condensation line. Totally alright, we rescheduled that service for Monday morning, except he no-showed. Upon that no-show, I was then scheduled for a new technician at noon, and no sign of that person either:) two no-shows from Michael and Sons on the same day, hopefully someone will eventually come out:)

our basement bathroom was backing up. We called and spoke with Bonnie. She was so kind and professional. Somebody was here within three hours and we were even able to track him. Roger showed up and within 20 minutes the issue was resolved. He was very professional and thorough in his explanations. Very impressed with this company and will for sure use them in the future!

Timely, professional, fixed issue. Carlos identified and fixed the issue, and took very good care of the house while here. Absolutely going to keep using.
