Joshua helped us with our clogged toilet. The whole company was very responsive, on time, and professional throughout. Would definitely use them gain!

Carlos, provided excellent customer service, timely and knowledge tips on plumbing, recommendations on how to maintain working performance of garbage disposal, and toilet care. I would highly recommend Carlos to family and friends for all drainage needs and for repair of my other properties.

Michael & Sons sent a technician out and he arrived on time. He went to work immediately and was just about complete the work when his letter gave way. It put 2 big holes in the door scratched the door up real bad. Never the less the technician completed the work. He advised us to call the office to have someone come and repair the door. I called and left a message last week. I called again today. No response. I know that you know that I am not happy.

Called M&S on a Friday (12/16/22) and was initially ecstatic (and surprised) that they had a ready appointment for me the next day on a Saturday (today). I had called some smaller plumbers and mom and pops and those folks just couldn't seem to answer their voicemails. So, I chose one of the 'big guys,' M&S. They scheduled me with a 2 1/2 time window between 1-3:30 p.m.

I was home promptly at 1 p.m., I completely missed lunch with a family member and mid-afternoon reception for a nonprofit I support. Around 2:00 p.m. M&S called to let me know they would be late. 4 1/2 hours later as it became dark, I still hadn't heard anything. I called their dispatch and their field guy had still not left his earlier job and 'it looks like we won't be able to make it tonight ... next appointment available is Monday afternoon.' (I still wonder if anyone would have ever called me if I hadn't called)

I can't speak to their work but I can speak to their professionalism and coordination ... #horrible. You hear a lot these days from businesses about 'we can't find workers, no one wants to work, we can't find parts,' ... but this has nothing to do with any of that. This is just BASIC professionalism and internal communications and they failed miserably. It's hard to believe these folks have multiple locations and make millions of dollars. I should have just watched a Youtube video and tried it myself. Start a plumbing/electrical company, folks. If you're professional and know where your employees are, that's got to be at least half the battle, and you'll earn more $$$ than these other jokers out here.

Joshua did a great job on our leaking pipe - quick and friendly. We will definitely be calling again if we have any future needs.

Our technician was on time and I liked that I got an alert with his estimated arrival time. This allowed me to sequester my dogs and be able to greet him when he arrived. He was professional and efficient. He shared a detailed checklist of our system condition and made some recommendations that we accepted to make our system more safe and to possibly work for a longer period of time. I did not feel pressured but felt well informed and allowed to make my own decision. I appreciate the time and effort he put in to do a job well. I will definitely be using them again.
