The technician diagnosed the problem quickly and fixed it quickly. Very pleasant and professional.

The installation team was awesome! They were on time, professional and we’re prepared to answer any questions or concerns. They were very pleasant and dedicated to the task at hand. They assisted me with syncing my phone and thermostat, were very informative. They were careful to clean and vacuum any materials left during the installation. I would highly recommend these guys. You WILL NOT be disappointed!

We got our heat pump, ac unit and water heater replaced. The main technician Ricardo was absolutely wonderful. He went above and beyond to make sure we had proper equipment, installation and that everyone thing was done properly. Everything with Michael’s and son has gone great so far from Tony J. Who first inspected our unit, to Demetrius W. who set up appointments and one over fine details.

I hired Michael and Sons to install a new water heater ($2,558) and furnace ($4,575) and perform a deep clean of my vents ($4,524).

The install of both the water heater and furnace went smoothly, but it has been impossible scheduling the deep clean.

The company makes you pay in full when all the new equipment is installed, so if you bundle these services as I did, make sure you schedule the deep clean first.

Edit April 2023: The furnace and air handler broke after 13 months.

Carlos was great. It took a some exploring to figure out the issue but he got. This was a unique situation and I appreciate the efficiency and friendliness. He clearly outline the options. Left the work area cleaner than when he arrived. This was a late night emergency fix so the friendliness is really appreciated. Five stars for Carlos!

Michael and Son installed a new heat pump system in my house they were on time did a great job can't say enough thank you again.

We called Michael and Son around 9am to repair our HVAC system. The technician, Nelson Torres, arrived around 2pm, immediately figured out the problem, explained our options and also gave us helpful tips to add life span to and protect our unit. He was a consummate professional with outstanding customer care skills. We will use Michael and Son for future maintenance and repair needs and highly recommend their services.
