Last night, I experienced an HVAC emergency. Thankfully, because of my Gold Package membership, a technician was able to visit my home within two hours, solve the problem, and not pay a dime out of pocket. My technician, Mohan, was professional, courteous, and helpful. I would recommend Mohan and Michael and Son to any homeowner seeking maintenance, care and warranty on their HVAC system.

M&S installed a new Main Waterline from the street into my house. The entire process was very Professionally completed. The Consultant, Mr Liggon, was very knowledgeable of the main water line leak that I had. He promptly answered all my questions and set the expectations for the install. The installers were on point and did an excellent job installing my new water line. No messy work! After service follow-up was great. Mr Liggon waited 2 hours for the county inspector to show up.👍🏻 I was very pleased with the Service I received!! My job was not an easy job, but they made it seem Easy 😁

We had our water heater replaced by Michael & Sons on May 8 and it has been a nightmare. I cannot emphasize enough how disappointed we are with the quality of service we've received from this company. As I write this, on May 20 we've reached out FOUR times because our new water heater does not work. The pilot light will not stay on and all we get is excuses. First we were told that we were turning on the pilot light improperly. Next we were told it was a ventilation problem so we started leaving the door to the room with the water heater open. Next we were told that not enough gas was reaching the unit so we had Washington Gas come out. Now, it is 11:20 pm and the technician that was supposed to show up between 6:00 pm and midnight refused to come to our house because "there was nothing he could do." We've asked more than once for someone to just remove the water heater and give us a refund. It's been nearly 2 weeks, thousands of dollars, and multiple "service" visits and we do not have hot water. It is unacceptable. I hope that posting this review finally gets someone to take our issue seriously. We will never use this company again and will discourage anyone we know from throwing their money away by hiring Michael & Sons.

I can't say enough good things about Michael and Sons! When I reached out to them to set up an appointment for my HVAC system, they were incredibly prompt in their response. I was amazed that they got back to me within just 30 minutes! And guess what? They didn't keep me waiting for long either. They showed up at my place within the hour, ready to tackle the issue. Talk about impressive service! Their quick response and punctuality truly blew me away. If you need fast and reliable HVAC assistance, Michael and Sons are the ones to call. They won't leave you hanging!

Technician was very knowledgeable, thorough and personable. He is the reason this rating is as high as it is. Through no fault of his though (he picked up the call after assigned technician suddenly couldn’t come.) Notice of delay came late into the scheduled period. Company also didn’t disclose they don’t pay their people for parking… a big thing downtown. In the end an excellent job was done but 2+ hours late. Because of his quality service I reimbursed the parking but believe co shud pay and charge it through if needed.

They sent the best guy out there dude was amazing “you made me work late” was there within 10 freaking minutes I kid you not dude is darn fast I was still on the phone to schedule and they had a guy call before I finished scheduling them these dudes is quick people incorporated professional service with charisma like a Mfer got the job done and really made my day with the way he did the pricing and invoices even the lady on the phone Bless you with my potty mouth got my schedule really good this guys are like the Cadillac or Tesla of house repair if they offered me more service I would pay them more they get an app together it’s over how do I invest? a pluses and high fives alll around with rainbows

Extremely professional and was able to repair our AC unit so quickly. Loved how efficient the team was and highly recommend the Michael and Son team to anyone needing heating, cooling and electrical services.

The technician Chris that responded to the first initial call was very professional and provided helpful instructions for defrosting outside system for today’s appointment.The technician James that responded to today’s appointment was very professional and helpful. He arrived early and diagnosed the problem and fixed right away. He also took time to explain the service in which I did sign up. Overall great service!
