I’ve had it trying other plumbing/HVAC/electrical companies. Michael and Son does it all, they do it better than everybody, they are courteous, have a great home maintenance program, and do a great job at communicating arrival time. Just had Stuart take care of a plumbing emergency; he was so polite, efficient, and had a great attitude the whole time, even though it was later at night. Yes, they are a little pricier than the competition, but you get what you pay for.

Very pleased with the work I had done. From my initial call a week ago to the pre inspection, purchase, and installation of my 15 year old gas furnace I have no complaints. Total professionals and friendly interactions with coustomer service, sales, and the installation team. I will definitely use Michael and Sons again.

I had a simple plumbing inspection done today, 18 April 2023 the technician told me I needed to replace something in my upstairs bathrooms and when he finished, he went to turn the water back on and water came though into my living room. The technician assured me that they had handyman service that would get my ceiling fixed today, I was called about 15 minutes later and was told the handy man would not get out for another week, so now I have to have two holes in my wall for a week. I just think this is bad customer service. I am though with Michael and Sons. I have had them for years and this is the service I received. I am truly disappointed and frustrated.

I had a leaking hvac system, I was extremely unhappy with my old Hvac company, So I called Michael and sons on a Sunday in the afternoon, and to my surprise I got a person who was so understanding and compassionate, and set me with an appointment immediately..To my amazement they were out here Monday morning and the problem was fixed before noon. The tech was amazing, I experienced unrivaled professionalism, and amazing customer service.
