Our technician Evan provided exceptional service. He and his partner were timely, attentive and very professional. They worked diligently to replace our complete HVAC system. When they left the space was neat and clean. I would recommend Michael and Sons to anyone needing HVAC replacement and/or repair. He explained everything thoroughly and answered all of my questions regarding the maintenance and the plans they offer.
