Carlos Rojas served as my technician. His attention to detail, punctuality, experience and knowledge were unparalleled with any other plumbers that ever serves our property. He has certainly raised the bar of expectation for any future plimbers that visit our proper In the future. We certainly request his services for future Michael and Sons visits to our property.

The service technician was pleasant and knowledgeable. Came on time. He wore a mask and shoe coverings. He diagnosed the issue quickly and had me back in service in short order.

Carlos Rojas was the technician that came out and was very informative and helpful. My son put many non flushable wipes down the drain and it wa a fixed quickly with a toilet auger. He was very nice and I would recommend him.

Today Mr Carlos cleared our drain. He was friendly, professional, patient with all our questions and went above and beyond to get us assurances that the problem was resolved. He did a fantastic job. Wore his shoe covers throughout which showed us that he cared about our home. I would request him again and recommend him to friends.

Our heat went out on the weekend (of course!) of the coldest, windiest March in recent memory. I called Michael and sons and an actual person answered the phone. James came about 4 hours later and got our heat back on. Everyone was pleasant and professional. Guess who’s going to be doing our regular service from now on.

Everyone was very professional. However the work I paid for yesterday on my air condition is not working and the technician said it was all up and running fine. Having to schedule another appointment today because if it. This is really an inconvenience and very uncomfortable.

Carlos Rojas and Peter Van Do Lian replaced the entire sewer line of our home. They were courteous, professional, and friendly. They worked hard and were easy to communicate with.
