    I would like to thank the owner of Bell Mechanical for doing the right thing! I purchased a new home from Alverz Construction and Bell did the install of my AC unit. When we did the final walk trough the ac unit was not cooling. Bell came out and fixed it before we would do final paperwork. That was in Aug. by December the unit was not cooling again and they came out and fix a leak and charged the unit. For 2 summers after that they came out to repair something and recharge. This summer we were told something had to be replace and recharged again and it would be a rather large bill.
    After explaining everything to the owner of Bell he agreed that the install was not done properly and he agreed to do this repair and not charge us for the parts, labor and recharging.
    As someone who works for Price LeBlanc Lexus I am glad the owner did the right thing. It is exactly what Lexus & Price LeBlanc would have done.

    Called technician to look at a heater in a new construction home that we just purchased. He was very professional and polite. We talked about a service contract. I will definitely be calling them for a maintenance contract on my units.

    Its been over a month, they came out once 3 weeks ago and found out what the issue was but had to order the part. Now 3 weeks later and multiple phone calls on my part they are not responding nor giving me any informatio. Not to mention they charged me to refill the fluid only for it to leak back out because of the part they did not replace. Wasted $500. I will never recommend this company to anyone!

    I would give less than one star if possible. Moved into new house July 2013. Bell Mechanical installed the AC. I called Bell Mechanical every year late spring early summer to do the yearly AC maintenance. We changed the filter every six months. Every year 2013-2018 The AC unit has had to be charged with freon. Why? Because it has been leaking freon every year for five years while under warranty. Every time a technician came here I was told there was no leak. I asked them where is the freon going that you have to fill it over and over. Well now the system is out of warranty so we now have to pay full price to diagnose where the leak is and fix it. We are with another company now. Bell Mechanical will not get another penny from us. Very crappy and unethical company. Stay away from Bell Mechanical!!!!!!

    I had an appointment with them and they did not show up. I did not receive a call notifying me that they were not coming. They also could not give me a reason why they decided not to come. I also was told I was going to be given a call back to tell me why and reschedule, never got that call. Not professional, bad customer service.

    Do not use this company. They installed our unit for Schumacher Homes and do not register the units or inform the homeowner to do so, please be aware. Since they installed, they came out a couple of times and always said nothing was wrong. We had other prople come out and fix what they claimed was nothing wrong. Now we are stuck to fully replace our Lennox unit which is only 7 years old due to their lack of professionalism for the customer.

    Manny was quick, and helpful. He took time to explain everything he did and showed me how to adjust the air ducts to balance the rooms. He also gave us helpful advice about maintenance. Thanks!

    The guys from Southland AC and Heating are the best. They came out ASAP to look at the issue I had with a 3.5 year old Lennox system. They fixed several issues that were over looked by the installer of the system Bell Mechanical Services. I called Bell first since they installed the system but they didn't want to come out and made every excuse possible not to.
    My advice go with Southland since these guys are the real Lennox expert in the area...

    Jesse is a gret HVAC tech. he is capable, friendly and professional. he went to the trouble of reminding me to register my new HVAC unit to get an extended warranty and was available for any questions.
