They came out right away and inspected the system . Explained to me the problem. Sent a quote to replace. Returned , removed the old and installed the new. The techs were great and very clean inside and outside , removing old system , packing materials and debris. I give Bell Mechanical an excellent review .
One Sunday morning my Ecobee thermostat flashed a warning saying that my heating system is not responding and connection is lost . So I scheduled for tech to rtt we pair on Monday. Two weeks before this issue I had a scheduled maintanance on my Heating system. The tech who came said that it was a loose wire connection which was caused because of the negligence of the technicians who did the maintenance. Due to that we are not gonna charge anything for the visit. After saying this to my husband , he also asked for $40 and that he will send a receipt. My husband didn’t question him why he needed $40 because he was in the middle of a meeting . When I received the receipt, it only said that all charges are waived. No indication of paying $40. When I confronted Bell mechanical abut this they were saying that the tech says that he did not receive any money . And even if he received it would be a tip . Why would we give a tip on top of paying bell mechanical. He is a salaried staff of Bell Mechanical. Not a hourly wage waiter at a restuarant. Try to train your employees to ct with integrity. It is not about paying $40 for nothing , it is about being cheated that I am mad about. Every one Bell mechanical comes for maintenance, the techs mess up something in the system . During the summer maintenance, the tech broke my Ecobee thermostat. Until he turned the system off and back on everything was working fine . But suddenly my Ecobee broke. Please train your staff professionally before you send them to the field.

We built out home in 2020 , and after a year of being in our home we woke up to a Flooded kitchen coming from upstairs in our attic , after learning that our AC was suspended the WRONG way , and our home being flooded and damaged . We had to wait almost a week to get someone out to access our damage … well flash forward to a MONTH later , damages still aren’t fixed , and we had to have them come out 3 more times because they couldn’t get our ducts right ,after 3 trips out here still having some issues and we are now stuck with a $800 Lightbill because our ducts were done WRONG again , and our AC was just blowing into our attic and NOT our house , so we had to pull more air Bc it was so hot in our house And now we are suffering a $800 Lightbill that I’m stuck paying , mind you last months light bill was only $270 … PLUS the flood damages to my kitchen . Will NOT be recommending them to anyone !

I bought a house with DR Horton and the heat recovery ventilator (HRV) which provides fresh air to a conditioned space while exhausting an equal amount of stale air was producing a strange sound. The technician who came explained to me that it was the speed of the fan that had to be adjusted and the problem disappeared.
Bell Mechanical came out because I moved into a new home and the heat didn't work. The technician was prompt and professional. He fixed the issue and we've had no further issues. Highly recommend!
