Incredibly helpful staff. They are knowledgeable and give you options to make your vision work. It was so nice to have staff members be chipper, bounce ideas back+ forth and in be tune with the customer.

This place is amazing! Our showroom consultant Tabatha was awesome helping us. She definitely made our job easy with so many options to choose from can be somewhat overwhelming. We basically told her what we wanted and she gave us options....super easy. Our bathroom is going to be beautiful. Thanks Tabatha!

I am MORE than satisfied with the service we have gotten with Coburn's of Baton Rouge! Ms. Laura Mc Morris has been so wonderful to work with. I know that I can send my customers in to meet with her and they are going to get top notch customer service! She is very knowledgeable about the products and knows just how to find the perfect fit to meet all of their plumbing needs, right down to the very last detail! She is a joy to work with from the point of sale, through the completion of the project! The team there has done a excellent job and we will defiantly continue to shop there! I do highly recommend Coburn's of Baton Rouge!

My wife and I dealt with Mandy inside the showroom.
Picked out the items we wanted both of our bathroom remodels.
Then we got a quote from then which they were nice and explained everything.

After the initial visit and quote it went downhill.
We tried to call Mandy to see what we needed to do to place the order. My wife tried calling Mandy, 10 times over a two week period leaving messages. She never called us back once. We finally went up there and Mandy basically treated us poorly and snubbed us. We had someone else enter our order and we put a deposit down.

We also verified that if the products came in early they would hold until December when our contractor needed the items. We paid for the items in Nov and we scheduled a December ship date that our contractor would be ready. The sales person called us a few days later asking us to push up our date. We did push it up and scheduled it for a Wednesday delivery.
On a Monday, I get a call from delivery driver asking if I could come to my home to sign a pickup ticket. I explained that we schedule it for a later date. He said,”tough cr$p, I was told to deliver it today.” I finally changed my work schedule to go home to sign a delivery slip.
Sad part is they still left things off my order.

I called to ask about the earlier delivery and items left off my order. They said they would get back with me.

Still waiting!!!!

If you want bad customer service

Product delivered way ahead of the date you scheduled them to deliver, without even calling you to notify you.

Items you ordered not being shipped with no explanation as to why.

Coburn’s is your place for bad service.

My wife and I felt we were judged and treated a certain way bc of our age. We ended up spending thousands and still wasn't taken serious with coburns mistake on our lanterns we ordered for our new home. I wont say her name but she was absolutely the most disrespectful saleswoman I've ever delt with, and I was dealing with a lot of people as I was subcontracting my own home. I ended up having to fix the issue myself without any help from Coburns. It was so bad the the lantern manufacturer told me she denied our order ever took place. No one should have to deal with such evil people, I'm sure coburns is a great business but this woman was beyond terrible. At the time I wasnt trying to get anyone fired I was dealing with a lot with the house but I look back now months later and I should have said something. Anyway this is my experience.

Notice they do not reply to the customers with a horrible experience. That should be a RED FLAG right there

This place is absolutely top notch. Went in today with a piece of a broken shower valve stem. Didn't even know the brand. Left in under 20 min with the replacement part. Staff is knowledgeable and friendly. They will get more of my money in the future.

LISA LISA LISA!!!! Is FAB!!!! normally you always hear from customers about bad service. Well, this lady knows her stuff. I was very pleased with the service and products I received even during the flood. I was happy and so was my builder..He had everything he needed to do the job. Thanks Ms Lisa!

Shout out to Greg Rogers at the Airline Highway, Baton Rouge location. I went in yesterday morning trying to get a part to repair my kitchen faucet. He got me a whole new faucet AND had it overnighted to me. Now that’s service!!!

This guy is awesome and he deserves a raise!

If you deliver here pay no mind to your scheduled time, also pay no attention to your next stops because you will probably not make them. Scheduled for 8 am, arrived at 7:43 sat outside the locked gate til about five after 8 because I assumed they started receiving at 8, the other Coburns I have been to this week receive as early as 630 am. Since I am scheduled at 8 I check in after 8, they say they don't receive until 9 when my company confirmed to me they were told 8 am. Atleast they have cleaned the lot up, when I was here last, 9 months ago it was pretty horrible it required alot of pulling up and backing up to do anything. But it's ok, I don't plan on coming back.
