The customer service was decent. After we called to schedule a checkup for our ice machine, it took about 2-3 days for someone to actually come. The technician that came over was well spoken and mannered. He actually came twice to our business to fix the machine. The only issue was: They never actually fixed the machine. As soon as they left, the next day, the same issues arose again. They ended up trying to charge us $500 even though they didn't solve the issue at hand.

I called Eagle refrigeration on a Friday evening in regards to a problem that directly affected my business. Within minutes, their answering service and put me in touch with a technician who promised to come out the next morning to look at my problem. Matt was friendly, professional, and very direct about what needed to be done. He was able to fix the problem promptly, and allow us to get back to business. Their rates were reasonable despite coming out on the weekend. This is the first time I have used Eagle Refrigeration, but it was certainly won’t be the last!

Outstandingly Bad customer service from Joann Lambert. I called to ask questions about a particular service and I got a lady by the name of Joann Lambert, who I was told was the office manager.
I would imagine that most of the reviews that have been left about a nasty attitude are referencing her. Another fellow employee had to speak with her in the past and stated that this woman had a super nasty attitude, but was very aggressive at adding charges and increasing revenue for her company. It’s very tasteless when is unjustified. It is the total opposite of what is said on their website which states they provide excellent customer service and listening ears to the customer.
As a matter of fact, I asked Miss Lambert to calm down and not talk so loud in order to salvage the conversation, because I needed service. I told her that she was very abrasive in her tone and her response was, “EXCUSE YOU! I’M TRYING TO HELP YOU.”
To that point, she had not said anything positive to try and help, so I was very confused. She stated that my 1 yr old machine could possibly not be under warranty and that alternative problems could be the filters needed cleaning, poor servicing on the machine, etc.(I don’t see that as being helpful).
As she got loud on her last outburst about “HELPING ME!” —I had to disconnect the call, because this lady has no concern for Customer Service and we weren’t going to get anywhere. She literally had the attitude Of a company person that has plenty of business is and is not concerned about the individual customer. If there is anyone at Eagle that is listening, this lady should not be allowed to be in contact with your customers. She is the reason that you keep getting poor remarks for Customer Service. She was absolutely egregious in her mannerisms and the way she spoke to me.

Don’t use eagle refrigeration,they’re so bad customer services.we make appointment they nobody come .and i keep calling. I waiting one weeks .them still nobody coming to fix my ice maker.
