Coburn's of Baton Rouge Airline

Would be 5 stars if not for the very unprofessional "sales" people in the supply sales shop. The lady in the showroom who helped me pick out my tubs, Desiree Ray, earned Coburns 5 stars. Very helpful and knowlagable... So I ordered my tubs, went next door to get some pex and advice, and it was downhill from there.
I'm building a house and acting as my own contractor, so I went in looking for some pointers on what to purchase to run pex pipe in my home. When I approached the guy behind the counter and asked if he could help, he very sarcastically said "I can try"... So I explained what I was doing and needed to know what size pipe to get... All 3 of the people behind the counter laughed in my face. Said "I can sell you whatever you tell me you need... But that's all I can do"... Not very professional to laugh in the customers face... I hope they don't make commission, if so, they missed out today... I took my business elsewhere, where they didn't have a problem answering a few simple questions on the product they sell.

Good company and good employees. They do service with a smile and remember your name everytime you come through the door. I've been coming here ever since I was 4 with my dad.

This place literally has the worst customer service of anywhere I have been. There's an older snooty lady that tries to dodge you. When you catch her she promises to get you help - but makes no attempt. Her partner in crime is a younger lady who works the floor, playing on her phone ignoring you.

All 3 of the sales ladies were great, they helped me find exactly what I needed. In our remodel, this is definetly the place we're going.

I'm pretty surprised by the bad reviews on Coburns. I found them nothing but helpful in supplying me with what I needed to fix a plumbing problem. A good place I'll go to in the future.

People are rude ... I was using the bathroom and 5 mintutes later they are beating on the door... I was in shock at first and then upset
.. They need to get their act together.. If not the business I bring will go elsewhere! This is the first time I've had a bad experience here but I hope for their sake it's the last.

Very helpful! If you need plumbing and drainage products, these guys are experts! Forget the big box stores. Much rather support local business.
