I cannot say enough good things about this company! They worked us in the Friday before 4th of July weekend! I made several phone calls to get the air working and Aimee with Air Creation Heating & Cooling was the friendliest, most responsive, and came through for us! Chris, our technician, was communicative, knowledgeable, and a fast worker! The prices were reasonable and we will be investing in a service plan with this company in the near future! 5⭐️

Air Creation originally installed a new full System 5 ton Rheem gas unit on 4/12/19 plus with seer equipment and adp evaporator coil and increased the return air flow to match with new efficiency adding another 20 x 30 return. Since that time I have had no problems what so ever. They are dependable and professional with their annual service calls and answering questions. I couldn't ask for a better company to deal with.

This company has performed every service possible that our systems require. We are a multi family property so it isn’t just our office as a customer, each resident is receiving their services as well. Every employee with Air creations goes above and beyond, from management to administration and the HVAC techs. These guys have even assisted in directing and educating our staff and helping with ordering things that we may need on hand. Highly recommend!!!

I had a mini split that someone else installed that never fully worked and after dealing with them not being able to get it working for way too long. I called Air Creation and they came out and found out is wired wrong. They fixed it and also installed a surge protector that should have been installed originally. Air Creation is now my new HVAC company.

I rarely respond to survey or feedback requests however, my experience with this company was excellent. Great customer service that is so superior! A rare ethical and highly responsible business.

Installed total system. Excellent, Professional service. Had to return to replace a switch on heating unit. Fast service and I would highly recommend them. Tech, Mr. Leo is very knowledgeable and professional.

I received excellent appointment communication from Amy, a fantastic initial assessment & detail of further steps from David, and a superb, efficient installation with explanation from Leo. I plan to use this company for any further HVAC needs, as they have exceeded expectations.
