No thanks!! I don’t need your services ever again!! American Home Shield requested that I get a second opinion. They sent TCA HVAC LLC to come to my home on June 14 , 2023 to evaluate why my unit wasn’t working properly. TCA HVAC found out that the screw on the evaporator coil wasn’t properly tightened, by your technicians who installed the evaporator coil on June 12th 2023, which caused the Freon to leak out. This was the reason my home wasn’t cooling inside. Additionally, they had to remove the liquid residue from the evaporator coil resulting from the screw not being properly tightened by your workers. The TCA HVAC technicians said that they would report their evaluation to American Home Shield. Furthermore, they thoroughly expected my unit outside and said that the compressor is working good and that the air is flowing good through the copper pipe,so your technicians were absolutely wrong regarding their diagnosis of the issue. Lastly, TCA HVAC technicians cleaned and hosed down my AC unit, so that it would continue running efficiently. Thank you TCA HVAC for your expertise!!

UBA Mechanical was amazing! I recently used them for an HVAC repair and I was extremely satisfied with their service. We could not be more satisfied with the guys at UBA and the work they did at our home. I called them after another AC company came out and told me that we would need to replace our entire system, at a cost of over $10,000. Before spending that kind of money, I thought I’d get another opinion/estimate. It turned out that we did NOT need to replace the entire system, only the fan motor. We ended up spending hundreds, not thousands of dollars. Thanks again for being honest and fair, and for being careful not to track muddy boots throughout our house on a rainy day! We will definitely call y’all first, next time!

Our a/c went out last weekend, so we left a msg, they called us back on Monday morning and had it fixed first thing Tuesday a.m.! Very professional and on time! I would definitely recommend!

After many years of multiple other companies being sent out by my systems warranty co., not only did they just "piece together" the alleged fix, but in some cases their work led to more serious problems of which I was not aware until it was too late to save the entire unit. Without going into detail of previous work done, I will focus on UBA....their fantastic, all-around business quality. Firstly, after over 10 years of utter frustration and stress over the work on and state of my heat/A/C, UBA was sent by my warranty co. They were top notch in response time, communication and follow-through. If I had questions and concerns at 9:30pm, expecting a response in the morning, I was answered even at off-hours by text from the owner, Brayln. Bralyn is so great to deal with, he stands behind his company name and the service provided was 110%! If specific modifications and extra things need to be done to do the install properly, it is done without the homeowner stressing out about it being done so. This is where the technician, Rob comes in to play. I have never seen a tech so caring, diligent and knowledgeable about this job. I have a very old home built in the 40's, so you can imagine the things a tech might run into, having to replace, modify and update parts that are required to accommodate a new unit. This includes even the deck that the unit sits on. The one I had was not stable anymore due to the years of slow leakage from the old unit. The new unit was several inches taller than the old. Rob quickly assessed the area and began rebuilding a new deck, and cut and welded to install the new unit to the old air duct that leads up through my attic. It was awesome to see what he accomplished to make everything patent,appropriate and correct by code standards. Then he had to convert/modify the vent stack, to bring it up to code, sealing and capping it properly above the roof. Rob went far above and beyond what is required of a technician, because he knew it was the right way to do the job in its completeness. And I will mention, that I was not charged extra at the end, to cover the EXTRA time and labor required to do an all-aound perfect install. They stood by the quote I was given, as my warrant co. Covered very little of the cost. This is where good business ethics come into play....this company demonstrates their care and workmanship..it is not just hype for an Ad. So I speak from true and long experience...UBA is the company to choose for your AC/heater needs..don't even Google any other because there is NO Better!! Thank you Brayln and Rob from UBA!!
