Bell Mechanical Services

Didn't install my system properly and did not file for my extended warranty. Impossible to get a call back. There is no customer service at all. Customer service rep hung up on me when i questioned the install may be the reason both of my units have failed within 3 years of new install.

I wish I could leave less than one star. Absolutely the worst company I have ever dealt with. Lazy and unethical. Avoid this company at all costs and if you are building a home and your builder is using this company ask for a different company to install your AC. Nothing but problems and horrible service.

Leroy was very professional and knew what he was doing. He explained what was wrong and was able to repair on site. Thank you for getting my A/C back up and running!!

My technician was very friendly and efficient in the work that was done. I have always used Bell Mechanic
al to check my AC and Heater twice a year.

Technicians are excellent! Communication and coordination by schedulers is not very good. They had to reschedule several times for various reasons.

The people at Bell Mechanical have been wonderful in timely responses and punctuality. Also, they have tackled any task that we've had (small or large) efficiently.

Installer left gas leak at flex piping and they want warrant their crapy technician and installers work.Could have burnt down my house and family.I also reported them to city parish government.Also they installed HVAV drains improperly. RAT basterds
