Jay was a great technician that was on time and provided good service. Very courteous. Bell did a great job in getting my AC cooling again.

The technician came out and knew what was needed after another company looked at our system and could not diagnose that our smart thermostat need to have it's memory cleared and re-set. Great job!!

Contacted them about my AC unit sweating since they installed it in a brand new home. She told me to turn it off and would not be available to fix it for over a week. I live in Louisiana in July. I am not turning it off for over a week without AC. Is she insane?
