A company is only as good as the people who work there. I have known Steve Muro for over ten years, and he has always provided the highest level of technical and professional capabilities there is to offer in the HVAC business. I recently upgraded a retiring Freon system, with a new Carrier multi zone system. As an Architect, I challenged the team with several design details on the exterior of the system. They delivered precisely what I wanted, flawlessly. The workmanship is impeccable and the performance impressive. The installation team lead by Matt with support from Chris, arrived on time, performed like clockwork, and finished as scheduled. The process went very smoothly. I am extremely pleased with Xcel’s performance and quality, and highly recommend using them for your heating and air needs.

I could not be happier with Xcel. Matthew, the technician, was very professional and knowledgeable. I was impressed with my over all experience with this company and it employees. I will highly recommend Xcel to anyone needing AC work done residential or commercial.

Have been calling this company for 2 days straight for warrenty service. No call backs and the information given is incorrect down to the email address they give and the "emergency" number to call. Very disappointed. Problem is, because we have a new construction home, if we don't want to pay out of pocket expenses, we have to use them.

All I want is a quote on a total replacement of my heating and air......and can't get a call back or get anyone to answer the phone. Not a good sign for future service needs. Moving on.....
