Timothy is Very respectful and on time. He did an awesome job he was very knowledgeable about the job. Repair and fix the problem that another AC company could not figure out the problem. It took him 10 minutes. Highly recommend. Thanks.

Mr Thomas was exceptionally professional and courteous. He carefully (and patiently) explained things to me and checked everything over again before he left. I don’t know whether Southern AC is the least expensive, but I can tell you that everyone I’ve had occasion to meet and/or speak with has been courteous and knowledgeable. The company hires good people and Mr Thomas is a shining example of that.

Joshua Bye was courteous and prompt. He did a thorough evaluation of our air-conditioning unit, both inside and out to ensure was working, just as it should. He also gave us tips on how to keep our house as cool as possible in this extreme heat. Would totally recommend him to anyone.

Sa’Darrius Thomas is courteous, professional and a hard worker. He twice drained & carried a very heavy wet/dry vac full of water in my very hot attic during June, restarted my A/C, & tested the outside unit and interior vents. Very personable and answered all my questions.

Jared was early (a great thing when the AC isn’t working), very professional and fixed the problem quickly and efficiently. Sadly he got stung by a wasp but was very nice about it and even sprayed the nest for me. He’s awesome!!

Very professional service. They kept me informed at all times, prior and during the visit. The technician who performed the water heater installation, Lonnie, was very thorough and courteous.

The company answered the first time I called and the receptionist was very helpful. Was able to coordinate an appointment same day, in which they gave me a 2 hour window for the technician to show up. The tech texted me 15 minutes prior to the window to let me know he was on his way. My technician, Timothy, was able to diagnose the problem, and make the repair within 10 minutes. Excellent experience!
