Although I was frustrated with having ac problems, the Company was very responsive and kept me cool. I had some anxiety when I was inform that the evaporator needing replacing but it was covered under warranty, I was concerned on how long the part would take to be replaced but I was pleasantly pleased it only took two-three days. Very thankful that I was kept comfortable, informed and had quick response.

Mr. Sims came out to my home on a service call because I had a noise coming from my a/c unit. The minute he arrived he was friendly and helpful. He fixed the problem quickly. I hope Bell Mechanical has more servicemen as knowledgeable and courteous as Mr. Sims. Thank you again.

James Sweat is very knowledgeable and I will highly recommend this technician. He starts with process of elimination. Give this guy a raise!! First technician came out yesterday, wasn't very knowledgeable (will require more training) and misdiagnosed the problem saying it's the board which cost me another vacation day to wait on the new board until the next day vs simple fix. I kept telling him there's a short somewhere when the a/c is on cool then the thermostat goes blank, comes back on and the "cool on" just flashes. Fan in the attic work and so did the (gas) heat. Main issue was going to cool, fan outside and condenser wasn't coming on. Then had to follow up today with customer service making sure someone was coming out. James did switched out the board going by the first technician diagnostic. Main problem was simply a bad contactor. Only way to tell was to take out the contactor and inspect it vs the simple contactor manual test to see if the condenser and fan unit outside kicks on. 5 stars is for James Sweat. Thank you!!

I called to have my ac checked. The person who scheduled the appointment was professional, friendly, and scheduled me as early as she could. On the day of the appointment, Natalie, showed up on time and professionally dressed. She confirmed the reason for the call and jumped right in to find the problem. She fixed the problem in a short amount of time and we were back up with air conditioning. Thank you Natalie and Bell Mechanical!

I think most of you people are incompetent!!! Brand new house and AC leaked water all over my ceiling because of a cap that wasn't installed, Now just today AC ran for over 4 hours and never got the temp below 78 degrees!!!! Also called 5 days ago to talk to someone in management and never got a phone call back. I think this company is a joke and I will NEVER recommend it to any of my friends.

Had a driver over here save me from a tow a few months back (flat tire needed air), Really cool guy. Building is clean and staff is friendly.

My AC is becoming a saga. Tech came out day before yesterday and with a cursory look, he said we needed to change our filter and that's why our AC coolant line was freezing close to the unit. Well, we did that, and it's still not working. A second tech will be here today, and I'm hoping for better results. Looks like my initial 5-star review was hasty.

My unit is only 2 years old. The condensate drain pan had a lot of standing water with rust. The drain pipes where not clogged. Technician noticed my units fan was making more noise than it should. It had always been a little louder than the neighbors but the noise has increased the last month or so. He was not sure why I had so much standing water. I slept hot so I keep the a/c on 68 degrees. It could be that the fan wasn't performing up to specs or the unit was having trouble with the temperature setting and the coils were freezing up. I would like to know the reason for the water in the drain pan.

The technician was wonderful. He was on time, efficient and personable. I would highly recommend Bell Mechanical!
