    I was given a window from 8 am to noon. I took time off from work and stayed home. At 11.10 AM I get a call saying, sorry we rerouted the technician to another job, can he come in the afternoon? If not for the home builder, who made a call to get them on track, Bell Mechanical was going to waste my work day. The guy who came out was fantastic, no complains about him. But the scheduling needs some attention. If your time is important, so is mine.

    I called them for help registering my warranty and the woman did it right over the phone, She was exceptionally friendly, helpful and efficient. It was so easy and fast. Far beyond what one would expect in today's environment.

    This place is a joke. The techs don’t keep their time windows that they give you. They don’t call to let you know they are running behind. It’s just a big oh well attitude all around. When you call them they don’t care. I guess the BBB will be contacted now. I’ve also informed my builder to choose a contractor that will care about their customers as well as the quality of work they do.

    Bell Mechanical did the install at my home. Here a year later after they installed it I'm left shocked to find out that they DID NOT REGISTER MY EQUIPMENT which means I will only have a 5 year warranty instead of a 10 year!!!!! Seems like a professional company would see something of this magnitude through till the end and make sure their customers are taken care of to make them repeat customers... Guess not though. I will be doing business else where for my air scrubber and UV bulbs!

    So appreciated the care and professionalism. The service person treated my home with great respect and made sure to communicate well too. He asked if I was happy with everything before he left too! I was very impressed!

    Terrible Service company. They have been to my BRAND NEW home 5 times for the same problem. My air handler has condensation build up when running the AC. They have reninsulated it every time thinking it’s the problem, and it never fixes it. These guys are clueless when it comes to problem solving. I’m still having this same problem today as we speak and they came and re insulated my unit for a 4th time last week. Still having condensation on the air handler and supply plenum. FIGURE IT OUT BELL!!!

    I would not even give them a star, this is the BIGGEST JOKE of a company, I built my home two years ago with Alvarez construction and my compressor has already gone out all because my duct work and return in my home is entirely to small for my size house. This has been proven by four other well known AC companies in the Baton Rouge area such as STAR, Annison, Tiger Heating and Air & One hour Heating and Air and now a home inspector. A HUGE thank you to Tiger Heating and Air for coming out and replacing my compressor for us ( something Bell should be taking care of) JAMES BELL, CEO has been contacted and has done nothing to help us but send under qualified crooks to my house to “ run test”. Don’t waste your time or money with Bell Mechanical they are nothing but scam artist, you pay for one thing and get another! Just sad that they are getting away with ripping people off!

    The main request (making my HVAC warrantied) was taken care of immediately by Derek with American Legend homes and Vicki with Bell Mechanical services. Vicki took care of my request (w/o even speaking with me) and then promptly emailed me and then talked with me on the phone in order to confirm that I had my timely HVAC warranty completed.
    Thank you Vicki. I'll gladly recommend Bell Mechanical services.

    Bell was suppose to come last week, but they called me saying that they could not make it. That's fair. So we rescheduled, and guess what they do not show up. No phone call to tell me that they were not coming I had to call them to find out that they were not going to come at all. They also could not give me a reason why they were not coming.

    I had Bell Mechanical out to my home on 12/4/19 for an annual fall maintenance check. Manuel Alonso was the service tech that came out. Manual was excellent, professional and thorough. He answered all of my questions and concerns. Manual is an exemplary representative of Bell Mechanical.
