    My elderly parents central heat went out. They are on outskirts of Baton Rouge area. I was in San Francisco handling things by phone calls.

    ANOTHER nameless company I contacted sent out a tech that said I needed at new heating system at $4K plus dollars. Was dismissive to my parents and so on....

    BELL MECHANICAL sent out tech Kyle who found the problematic broken part, ordered a new one and days later installed it. He voluntarily sent me photos from the attic during and after process was completed. Taught my non-tech 80 yr old parents to use a new digital thermostat (wow)! I didn’t see that happening honestly. And BELL did it all for a FRACTION of the cost. If I had not stopped to get a second opinion from BELL, I’d be seriously in the hole from another company that tried to take advantage. Can’t thank BELL MECH. enough. Integrity and skill on Kyle’s part!

    Home warranty through DSLD. Called over 10 times concerning A/C not working. They responded over 24 hours later to an emergency call. Technicians/ on call reps unprofessional and poorly trained. Newly built house we've only been in about 5 months and already having A/C issues.

    Did a great job getting my ac repaired. I wish it was easier to speak to someone who would take ownership of my problem. It’s way to hard to speak to someone that can help you. When i finally got to speak to Steve Thielen he got my issue resolved the very next day!

He is extremely knowledgeable and It’s a pleasure every time he shows up to work on my systems. When he leaves I know my systems are operating safely and at full capacity.

    My experience sucked! I work at a business and our AC quit working. Bell is the company that installed it. We called them out to repair it and they told us the transformer burned up. Well they replaced it and it worked for about 2 weeks. We called them back out and they told us the same thing. This happened approx 6 times. They told us that it was an electrical problem. We called out an electrician and they couldn't find anything wrong. We have a guy that repairs our fence and electrical gates for our office. We asked him if he could look at it (Couldn't hurt right?) He replaced the transformer and took the 3 amp fuse out of the line and replaced it with a 10 amp. Our AC hasn't stopped yet. Its working awesome now. Each time Bell came out here they charged us approx $400 - $500 each time when the only thing they had to do was replace a 10 cent fuse which caused the transformer to burn up. Its a shame that we had to get a fence repair man to show these guys up. We will not use Bell Mechanical anymore. Hell... we might just call our fence man out to repair other things if something happens.

    Horrible company. They came twice to my house and said no water was leaking from my air conditioner and then it leaked through the ceiling. My house was hot in some rooms and cold in others and they had 3 different technicians at 3 different times come out before it was fixed. I have another water leak now in my attic and I called them yesterday to report we had water leaking from ceiling fan. They said they would be out at 12 noon today. It’s 7pm and no one has shown up. This home is only 2 years old.

    Tyrone was exceptional in his work. He immediately identified the problem and took great to care to fix it and clean up after himself.

    After I made a random comment, he asked to see what I was talking about and located and unknown issue where a vent had never been connected.

    100% top notch and thorough!
