This past Friday afternoon our outside unit was not coming on. We were having my nieces whole wedding party getting ready at our house the next day. We had vendors bringing the flowers, hair and make up people here etc… Yall sent a tech out Friday night to fix the problem! I was at the rehearsal so my son stayed to meet the tech. I don’t know his name but I want him to know how much I appreciate him! He saved our day and I am forever grateful! Your service has been second to none!
Extremely reliable, courteous and knowledgeable. They designed and installed the systems in our newly built home and perform semi-annual maintenance. Everything is working great!
Used Bell to install whole house dehumidifier in April. Noticed the unit ran 24/7 without lowering the humidity. Called them out 5 separate times. First time I was told that the house sucks humid air through the walls. I air sealed the house. Problem still happens. Next time the service guy disconnected the control wires and said we’ll try this. Then there were a series of trying small duct changes. Now it’s September. My a/c is keeping the humidity in check but if I turn the dehumidifier on, the house humidity rises! 🤷♂️ I called again and was told I have to talk to a manager but they will not call me back. I basically paid a lot of money for them to install a device that increases my power bill.
They have the experienced, professional techs who can diagnose and fix complex issue expertly. Jesus Valencia fixed a thermostat issue for me and did a fantastic job at it !
Hired these guy for a renovation project. So far so good! They showed up when they said, and the AC tech is great with communication. Micheal Broussard and Matt Jenkins
I've always received great customer service from Bell! Rachel (I think that's her name! She's the only woman there) is the best! She hands down came in and took care of my issues even when a few other guys couldn't! Bell always makes sure to get out swiftly to my aid and I love it!
my unit was less than a year old...which they installed with the build. Less than a year old they had to come check it for not cooling. Rather than changing the necessary parts, they rigged them with electrical tape and zip ties and pumped the unit with freon. 8 months later I call a new company out, they show me the 'rigged' part, replace it, pump 7 lbs of freon because I have a leak that bell never bothered to check since my1 year warranty was about to expire. It's more profit for them to wait for the warranty to expire then come change all my parts. what a shame.
**UPDATE**: Bell finally diagnosed the problem and found a leaky coil. When they came to my home last week, they spent close to 3 hours at my home, removed the old coil and went to put in the new coil. After all that time, they realized the new coil they brought was the wrong one. Another huge waste of my time. I had to call back myself today to see when someone would show up with the correct part. They will not have a team available until Thursday of this week to help me. Meanwhile, I have no AC at the moment and it is above 80 in my home. I had to BEG them to come back and add more freon to my system today and also BEGGED for a timeframe for when they would arrive (overall the 3rd time they've had to recharge my AC). This is by far the worst company I have ever had to deal with and there's no way they'll ever be able to make up for all of the frustration and wasted time they've caused. I am shocked no one at this company has tried to do anything to make this situation a more positive one. I was contacted as you can see below but no type of apology, free service, or compensation has been offered.
I am in a brand new home with a brand new AC system. Bell has been out to my home 4 separate times to figure out why the cooling isn't happening properly on a system that they installed. It took them 4 times to finally find a leak and tell me I needed a new part. Before that, they said my system wasn't leveled properly and my wiring was set up wrong. They have had to recharge my system twice already due to their inability to properly diagnose my brand new AC unit problem. One time they showed up at my home close to 11PM and on all of their visits, I am never given a warning when they will be arriving. Their open timeframe for appointments means they can show up whenever and multiple times, they have said they would come back to fix things and haven't. There is zero communication between their teams and they have wasted my time.
They deal poor equipment. Had two units installed into a new house and both had bad coils that needed to be replaced. Also installed thermostats in bed rooms and argued with me when I told them that I did not want them in the bed rooms. No we deal with cold living room while the bed rooms are nice and toasty. 10 out of 10 would not recommend.
