These guys were able to clean my dryer duct within 2 hours of calling them. Came fast and did great work. Price was competitive with the two other quotes I got. Couldn't ask for better.

I used Mr. Duct for dryer vent cleaning and service/regular maintenance on our AC//furnace unit. The work was done timely and they answered all of our questions. During the course of the work, it was determined that our humidifier was no longer working properly, so they shut off all applicable valves and water sources in order to prevent any issues. They also provided a general estimate on the cost to replace. We would definitely use them in the future!

My architect recommended Mr. Duct when I needed to clean the air ducts in my office and house. Mr. Duct was terrific. The help I got was both informative and quick. Their guys were quick to point out to me what was wrong, explain the entire problem, and leave it up to me to decide whether to get the repairs / cleaning done. I really did appreciate that - I didn't feel like I was being pushed to get work done for the sake of doing work, and they were very persistent in making sure that I understood exactly what was causing the problem (my filter hadn't been changed in eons and it had caused the A/C unit to become filthy and black). They quickly cleaned up the unit and within minutes it was cool again inside. There's no question I'd call them again for assistance.

We had an emergency with our furnace where an ignitor broke. I called Mr. Duct and unfortunately they didn't have the unique piece on their truck. Though they offered to fix it first thing in the morning, I was inpatient and called a different company (huge mistake). When the other company came to repair the part, they also went into a long speech on how my furnace could break any day now because of this other issue, that they very convincingly told me was a problem and said I should get a new furnace ASAP.

I had Mr. Duct come out the next day to get a second opinion. The explained that while the issue (water in the blower) wasn't great, the part is designed to operate that way and it was probably just a clogged drain. They pulled the drain, found the clog and cleared it on the spot - now our furnace operates wonderfully.

I really appreciated the speedy service and complete transparency Mr. Duct (and specifically the tech, Cesar) gave us. I now feel like I have a "furnace guy" I can trust and recommend to friends.
