he guys that came to service my unit were absolutely phenomenal!! They explained evertyhing to me so i understood the entire process from beginning to end!! They took their time.. Answerd all my questions, and were so professional curteous and kind! What more can I say!! These guys are the kind any company should be proud to have on their team! I was sooo upset i didnt have any cash on hand to tip them. They represented this company well!

I just moved in a couple of months ago and was having trouble with my dryer vent. Mr. Duct came out and found a bird's nest lodged in there. It was stuck in there pretty good and sounded like a more difficult removal, but the guys were confident that they'd get it taken care of and they did.

I also liked that the price was set up front, so I knew what I was paying with no add-on charges.

Great experience with Mr. Duct. They are professional, courteous and always do a great job of explaining the work that they do and what to be aware of with our ducts. We have used them for several years and we highly recommend.

We had our dryer ducs cleaned on 8/19/19. Jason was on-time, professional, knowledgeable and friendly. I strongly recommend Mr Duct and we'll be using them again.

Clean efficient, small footprint, knowledgable, the Mr. Duct crew was in and out in 4 hours which says something about how they work in this 5 story 10,000sf town house. Construction debris and drywall dust were removed. Before and after photos showed good results. Thank you Mr. Duct.

Had Derek & Kirkland at my house yesterday to clean the dryer vent. Not easy since they have to go up on the roof. They were great. And early! When does that ever happen? They were efficient, clean and so courteous. Great job.

Mr. Duct did a great job fixing my AC unit in my apartment building. I called them in the middle of the day when it was 100 degrees out and they came out in just a few hours int he same day. They tracked down my missing piece and my AC was up and running in no time. I really appreciated how quick they were to help me out. Thanks again!

I had my air ducts cleaned in my loft by the Chicago location on November 2013, it was easy to make an appointment. The Lead Technician David and the Assistant Technician Jonathan arrived on time. I was not home at the time but David called to notify me once they arrived. He was very pleasant and professional. I explained to David that I have asthma and allergies and requested they do a thorough job; he was very empatheic and assured me I was in good hands. He even offered to call me after the job was completed to provide me with an update - and he did. Overall my expereince was a postive one. I will definitely use their service again.

Mr. Duct did a great job cleaning the ducts in my home. Emanuel explained everything he and his helper were going to do. They were efficient, careful and cleaned up before they left. Emanuel is very knowledgeable. When I need the ducts cleaned again, I will ask for him.
