I feel comfortable letting them into my home. Their sales professional in particular is an extremely considerate human being who knows her job very well. Our interactions with her were always professional, and we felt she genuinely cared about helping our family.     My a/c fan stopped working and called Stellar Heating And Air Conditioning. Vin gave me some tips over the phone to try out and resolve the issue. Very helpful and honest. It turned out to be a capacitor issue which needed replacement and he got it fixed in less than 24hrs! Really happy with their service and highly recommend.

They were able to assist us in modifying some settings on our thermostat to improve heating efficiency for the upcoming winter, something that other technicians were unable to do.

    Stellar Heating And Air Conditioning are my go to for all my HVAC needs. They replaced my A/C a few years back in the middle of a heat wave. A couple years later when I needed a water heater they had me covered. Then just this week my old furnace gave up. Stellar Heating And Air Conditioning was ready for the task.     Approximately a week after we got our brand new furnace, it stopped working properly. We called at 5pm and we were fortunate enough to have someone there working on it within an hour. He was able to quickly identify the problem by simply listening to the furnace and it's been running smoothly ever since. I'm confident in their services and would definitely recommend them to others for any future issues!

    Do not use Stellar Heating and Cooling! I was charged almost $1300 to replace a blower motor. After I researched this further I discovered this is about a $600 job, but that's on me for not doing my homework beforehand. The real problem is that after the blower motor was replaced my furnace was making a horribly loud noise and was definitely not operating correctly. I have been calling them for 3 weeks (about 10 times total) to send another tech out to figure out what they did wrong. I am assured every time that someone will follow up with me "later that day" but it never happens.

    Stellar is actually just a dispatch center for another mystery parent company called "premium home service". When I asked to contact the parent company they played dumb and said "there is no way to reach them, we cant even reach them".

    So now I have payed roughly double for a simple repair job and need to contact ANOTHER company to come out and fix what Stellar screwed up. Stay away from this company!

    This operation is a front. They subcontract through at least one other company from the suburbs and are not clear about this. There were issues from the beginning when they insisted on selling me a $99 subscription on the first phone call. The technician argued with me about the arrival time window on the day of my appointment and when he arrived, he had no idea how to configure my heat pump and asked me to look at my neighbor’s for reference. This is when I discovered that it was a third party vendor. When I called Stellar and asked about this, I was told it was because I was “out of their service range” even though I live in the same zip code as their address. I spent the next six weeks fighting to get a managerial response to my issue (still had no heat…..) and getting my $99 back. In the end, it was a giant waste of time and money. Stay away from these guys.

    They was my repair technician. He was able to come in and resolve our issue in less than an hour. He was very thorough in making sure that all components of the system were working properly before leaving. If I ever need repair or maintenance, I will request his service. The best technician I’ve had thus far.
