Stellar Heating and Cooling

Stanley was the technician who came to repair my HVAC unit. He was very thorough, clearly described the current performance of the furnace, and answered all our questions. He even checked the air flow to a bedroom that is notoriously cold. I am very pleased with the service and cannot hesitate to recommend!!

This is a scam. The company doesn’t actually exist and is funneled through a third party app called premium home service. They take your money and send random service people to your home or who don’t show up at all. Look at the “Premium Home Service” app in your App Store for more corroboration. They stole 200 dollars from me and I am in the process of getting it back through the bank. Stay away from this fraudulent company. Positive reviews are almost certainly fake.

I had the heating and air conditioning system replaced 7 years ago by the fine folks at Stellar Heating and Cooling. I signed up for annual maintenance service and I'm staying cool in this 100 degree heat! My serviceman Jordan did his maintenance service recently and I'm set for the rest of the summer!!

Needed AC repaired fast with family in town. Stellar Heating and Cooling was recommended so made the call. Paul not only took care of the problem but clarified what the problem was so we understood. Also gave us some clues to help avoid issues in the future. Proudly recommended.

Stanley was great, even though he and we had to reschedule the first appointment. He was careful, quick without hurrying and impressive. Both air conditioners serviced and water heater drained and refilled to rid it of calcium from our hard water. I highly recommend.

The tech came on a Saturday, performed a diagnostic check of a non-functioning AC system, found a blown fuse and a flaw in the compressor and fixed it for now. He did say that the AC unit is old (over 18 years in service, probably 23 years) and is near the end of its life, so it should be replaced quite soon. He was prompt, explained well, was very friendly and professional.

Stellar Heating and Cooling did marvelous work at a reasonable rate. I am very thankful and impressed this was an easy experience and not the headache that I have had in the past with trying to get good service. I would definitely hire these technicians again .

Would not answer simple questions. Kept pushing his $49 service call which is a sales pitch.

My experience was great. Dispatch confirmed my appointment via email, both at the time I set it and the day before. The technician contacted me before arrival and he showed up at the scheduled time. Service was quick and effective.Highly recommended.
