Stellar Heating and Cooling

This is the second furnace maintenance visit by Stellar Heating and Cooling. This is a new furnace and each time their specialist has been very clear answering our questions and explaining how the system works compared to our old machine.He was efficient and left the area clean and organized. We are pleased to have him return again to look after our needs. All contacts from start to finish were knowledgeable, personable and professional.

When our heater went out this winter, Stellar Heating and Cooling made sure we were warm and cozy with a new furnace right away. They considered our budget, worked extra hard to ensure we got rebates earned, were incredibly courteous and cleaned up after their work. I'm incredibly pleased with the experience.

Pricey but quality is worth it. Contacted Stellar Heating and Cooling when my furnace failed and they gave a quote over the phone and the tech was at our house 2 hrs later. Fixed it in less than an hour. An all around excellent experience. We won't hesitate to recommend them to others or to call you in the future!!

I Had Stellar Heating and Cooling out at my home today for my post install tune up, Vincent was the technician and he went above and beyond in client service. I was very impressed with him and the company. I will Recommend them to anyone with hvac needs.

Ken the sales rep was exactly on time to perform the inspection for a quote. Stanley the installer also was right on time and cleaned up after the installation was done. It’s only the little details, but it makes a big difference! Stellar Heating and Cooling is second to none. If you want to waste time contact someone else. If you want top notch service ask for Paul, it will be be fixed right the first time and at a very reasonable cost. Every person I spoke with from initial contact through work completed was handled expertly and courteously. I could not ask for anything better than what I received.
