Stephen was great to work with. On our first meeting he tried multiple ways to see if he could get our old unit up and running (the other two companies that came out simply quoted a new unit without even looking to see what the issue was). After that he quoted a fair price and installed the unit over the course over the next week (we had to schedule and reschedule a few times).

DO NOT USE THESE GUYS!!!!!!!!! A NEW FURNACE SHOULD LAST 10 YEARS PLUS!!! OURS 3 YEARS OLD AND IS COMPLETELY SHOT DUE TO POOR INSTALATION!!! ITS RUSTED AND INSTALLED INCORRECTLY. THERE IS A REASON THESE GUYS ARE CHEAP.

We worked with Stephen and Faith Heating and Cooling over the Thanksgiving weekend. Our furnace stopped working and gave us several error codes which we didn’t know how to remedy. Stephen did a good job of explaining what was going on and any of the concerns he had. He was able to get a temporary solution to get the heat back on while he had to get new parts. Overall, quite please with our experience and would definitely return. Thanks Stephen!

I truly hate leaving a poor review, but it is warranted when one reads the great reviews from others positive posts. I unfortunately received the complete opposite. Stephen was very nice we set my appointment for the following morning at 9am. The rest went down hill after my appointment was set. Stephen text to let me know he needed to reschedule for later that afternoon. I responded to his rescheduled text, but did not hear back from him. It was time for him to show and still no word from him what so ever. I sent another text but still did not hear back from him. I finally just asked to reschedule for the following morning as it was getting very late, he finally responded 3 hours later. He reassured me he would take care of me the following morning. The following morning came, and no word and no show from him. I text him a few times with no response until 3pm that day. He explained he was busy again, and wanted to know if he could reschedule for the following morning( this would be the third time rescheduling). I responded but was not in a timely fashion because I was at work, but at this point Stephen had rescheduled 3 times with me with no show 2 other times. I am trying to keep this short, so a week later with still no service or response from Stephen. just not responsive and poor communication all together! My advice is do not wait if Stephen calls to reschedule after the first time of making an appointment, as he will never show and no regulates to consideration of other people time. You are better off finding a different company for your HVAC service.

Our AC went out in 90+ degree temps at 8:00 on a Saturday night. After calling and leaving messages for several other, high-profile, not-necessarily-local companies, I noticed Faith right there on the map near us, so I called. Steven picked up immediately even though he was on a roof for a nearby job and offered to come afterward. Fast-forward to three hours later and my AC was back online and my bill included a neighbor's discount and NO EMERGENCY FEE. He took the time to explain every aspect of my situation, the parts involved, what I can expect after the repair, and a few long-term solutions (not the standard "You're going to need a new system ASAP."). He got us through a hot night in a pinch and was extremely courteous, professional, and thorough.

Faith Heating & Cooling, specifically Stephen was recommended to me by my HOA after my AC unit started making loud noises. Stephen was amazing. He responded quickly to texts and calls and was able to make it out to my unit within 24 hours. He even came back out the next day as a courtesy. Great service and entirely reasonable prices. I would recommend and use again.

Frustrating experience. It took about 3 days of back and forth to schedule a time for a furnace tune-up. I confirmed both the date and time with the individual that I was communicating with (Stephen), and they no-showed and never reached out regarding the reason for not showing for the appointment or rescheduling. It looks as though this is a common problem for them.

Had a really awesome experience with Steven and Faith Heating & Cooling. Steven really knows his stuff and he was great at communicating exactly what the issue was that I was having with my A/C and the steps to fix it. It ended up being cheaper than he originally quoted and he was genuinely excited that he was able to save me money. That's the kind of honesty and integrity that will keep me coming back to them for all my HVAV needs.

I called Faith Heating & Cooling Chicago on a Friday for same-day service and they came over that day to fix our furnace issues! Being a new homeowner and not a great handyman, I wasn't sure what the problem was with our new furnace. These guys came to evaluate the concerns, found out what the problem was, and were able to fix it that day (and for a great price too!). They also provided me details about what they were doing so I could learn for the future. We couldn't be happier with their professionalism, great service, and overall top-quality customer service! I HIGHLY recommend them and will use them again in the future if we ever need it. Thank you so much (especially Stephen, who was AWESOME!).
