Mr. Duct

I do which I could give a better review, but.....
The crew arrived an hour + after the scheduled time window was over, the company did call to inform of the delays and the opportunity to reschedule, but by this point I just wanted it to be over.
Besides the forgotten plugs in the duct, the areas around all of the vents were left dirty, as was the area around the hvac. I also found metal shavings lying around on the floor.
As a positive the crew, (and customer service) were very friendly and aware of covid protocols.
So over all it was kind of a hit/miss experience, hence the 3 stars.

The guys that came to do the work were amazing! So friendly and so professional. They were understanding about us having two loud dogs lol and got the job done within the time frame given. I will be recommending them to all my friends and family who will need the same services.

I’m in shock this place has so many good reviews when they did such a horrible job communicating with us. Their lack of respect for our time is why I gave them 1 star. We had a appointment scheduled between 2-4pm. I was told to expect a call 20 min prior to arrival. I called at 3:45pm since I didn’t receive a call and was told they would be to my house at 4:30pm. At 4pm I get a call saying they wouldn’t be to my home until 4:30-5pm. At 5pm I get a text saying worker was on his way. He arrived at 5:30. What was the point of a 2-4pm appointment time? My husband took a half day off work for nothing. We told worker it was too late he would be don’t until almost 8pm, and he couldn’t have cared less, was like okay whatever.

I had Mr. Duct clean my ductwork before I moved into the house about 3 years ago. I thought they did a great job back then and decided to try their A/C cleaning service a few days ago. The two men who showed up were professional and told me exactly what they were going to do. The A/C unit outside had not been cleaned in a few years, so I knew it was going to be dirty. The unit looked great after they were done and I am sure I will have them back again next year.

Juan and Alfredo came and cleaned our dryer vent and replaced a part of the duct that had been broken. They were both very efficient and considerate of our home, and an added plus is they were both pleasant to be around. Would definitely recommend.

Mr. Duct quickly diagnosed the issue with my malfunctioning A/C unit. Their professional was available same day while other services could not see us for weeks. Customer Service was great. I would definitely use this business again.

My wife and I were really happy with Mr. Duct! It took two guys about two hours to clean our ducts really thoroughly, going through every single vent in the house. The explained everything before they did it and showed us some before and after pictures of some of the ducts. It was amazing how much dust and dirt they were able to remove. I also appreciated that they wore slip-on covers over their shoes and were very careful to keep everything clean. As they were finishing up, one of the guys spent some time talking about different air filter options and how often to clean or change them. Best of all, it really feels like the air quality in our home is much improved!

This service (duct cleaning) is great, especially if you don't know if your ducts have ever been cleaned. We just moved into a home that is about 20 years old and are also doing renovations. The techs (Adrian and Juan) cleaned out dust and construction debris from from the ducts which makes me just feel better even walking in to my home knowing that stuff isn't blowing around in the air. They also showed me video of the inside of the ducts. This company is very professional, prompt, and set your expectations from the get-go. I highly recommend this company and this service.

Amazing experience! Super helpful and prompt staff from getting a quote to actual servicing. I am a first time home buyer, so this is the first time I’ve had to get service done on my own. They were very kind and professional, even when I didn’t know where things were. They will continue to have my business for years to come!
