Mr. Duct

Had my dryer vent cleaning done for the first time. Kobe and Joseph were really great--friendly, professional, explained everything, and they even replaced the hose hookup to my dryer. Very pleased with the service and especially the technicians, especially Joseph who went the extra mile.

Eric and his partner were kind, patient with my curious twins and professional. They got right to work and before I knew it they were done and let me know of a few things that would help to keep from hindering the function of our dryer. They exceeded expectations set at my first interaction with the company four years ago and I will continue to recommend Tempe Duct Cleaning.

I have hired Mr Duct for duct and vent cleaning and dryer vent cleaning twice in recent years (most recently this week). Both times were great. Making an appointment and communicating with the office was easy. The crew arrived on time, did a good job of keeping me informed of what they were doing, worked quickly, and didn't leave a mess behind when they were finished. I'll definitely use them again in the future.

Edit: I forgot to add, the crew were great about keeping their masks on while they were in my home. I appreciate that they took COVID precautions seriously.

I used them to clean our A/C units for the apartment building I work for and I had them scheduled for over a week, they were suppose to be here between 10am-Noon and didn't show up til almost 2pm, we have a 3 story building which was told to them when speaking to them before hiring them to do the work and when the service tech shows up I show him what he has to do and he got to work, I leave to go home for the day leaving the other maintenance watch over him to get home and receive a phone call from their customer service( might I add that they were super rude and un professional) saying that he was pulling the tech from the job cause he doesn't have the right stuff to do the job and pretty much yelling at me telling me that anything over 2 stories is a 2 person job, which (let me add that again that I told the lady on the phone that this was a three story building and one of the units that had to be fixed was on the 3rd floor,) isn't my fault that your company didn't inform you of that, so needless to say that they didn't even try to finish the other ones they just pulled him from the job and that was it. very unprofessional. I wouldn't waste your time.

This company is fantastic, all the way around. The owner and I have spoken several times because of a specific issue at one of my investment properties and he went out of his way to send his crew back out to ensure the issue was under control when he did not need to. Mr. Duct arrives on time, responds to emails and phone calls quickly, and is extremely reasonably priced. I look forward to working with them for years to come.

The team was very professional. They arrived within the allotted time and called ahead of time to let me know when they would arrive. After the service call they informed me of their findings. The professional staff was also helpful in responding to my questions and even called a few days later to ensure that we were satisfied with their service. This is the second time we used Mr. Duct and will again. I strongly recommend this business.

Excellent service! Arrived early (with prior notification), explained the duct cleaning process, performed the work quickly and just did a great job, not to mention the cost was quite reasonable. The technicians showed us before and after photos of our ducts and the work they did was amazing! We can already tell the difference in air quality and flow which is pretty important when you have kids with allergies. Highly recommend and will definitely be using Mr. Duct in the future.

We are totally pleased with the work done to our HVAC system. Ulysses and Cesar were very professional and knowledgeable. They were able to point out whatever was causing the noise in our furnace and fix it. Recommendations were also made regarding future installations. Overall, we were happy about the service and definitely recommend them to my neighbors.

Great service! When you need your dryer vent/duct cleaned and want professional job these are the people to go with. Not only were they polite and quick, but they also explained what they did and what to know for the future. Scheduling was so smooth too- they were able to come out soon and gave me a half hours notice before the technicians showed up. Very happy that I found them. Will be a repeat customer!

These guys did a great job, cleaning my air duct and doing furnace maintenance. First, they were on time. Second, they were doing really dusty job and left everything clean, they do care about that. Last but not least, they were professional and polite. Highly recommended.
Update 06/03/19: This time I've used Mr.Duct services to do AC maintenance. Managers were super responsive during the scheduling and also helped me with some questions I had. Finally, the technician was professional and knowledgable. High quality services, much recommended.
