We had our air vents and dryer vent cleaned. Very happy with our service. They were very helpful and informative. On the day of service, the technician was very professional. Prices were reasonable.

Great company. Very friendly and professional. I had actually forgotten to schedule the appt. for a while and about one or two months later the company followed up with me via email. It was a nice reminder, and I schedule the appt. right away. It was a two man team, and they were both friendly and courteous. Kirkland seemed to be the one in charge, and he had great customer service. He even stopped working to pick up my 13 month old's sippy cup that he threw while I was feeding him. The job was done quickly and efficiently. I attached the before and after pictures that Kirkland took. I watched him take them, so I know they are real and from my ducts. There was a little bit of a mess around some of the vents afterwards, but nothing a quick vacuum couldn't handle. Will definitely stick with this company in the future.

They were very prompt! The technician was very educational on the service being provided. I like the fact, I was able to get an appointment the next day after receiving a quote. Great affordable service!

Highly recommend Mr. Duct for air duct and dryer cleaning service. After hardwood flooring project, I wanted to remove any debris and dust from the ducts and vents.

There service was top class, estimate was competitive. Crew arrived and finished the job on time, without making mess in my home.

I really love my experience with Mr Duct! Mickael came to my place on time, explained me the full process and started the work. When everything was done, he shown me the pictures of before/after and it was impressive, crazy how much stuff are on your vent...
Really good price compared to the competition (at least compared to the 3 other companies I reached out) and their service was perfect! Definitely going to contact them again next year!

Had them out to clean my air ducts and dryer vent. I just wanted to let you know about my experience with Kirkland. He was awesome! He arrived on time, was very polite, friendly, and thorough in explaining what he was going to do. Kirkland was very professional and left my residence looking like it did prior to his arrival. The same can't be said for all companies I've had do work. It's not too often that a person gets a technician like Kirkland. He represents the company in a very positive way and he should be recognized for doing so. Thanks to Kirkland, I will be referring Mr. Duct to all my friends and family.

I'm just here to share my experience with Mr Duct Cleaning. I had my airduct, furnace and dryer vent serviced today.

I am happy for the customers who had great experience (rated 5/5 stars) with Mr. Duct and I commend the technicians of Mr. Duct who served and provided them a great experience. Kudos!

I understand that usually the experience of the customer is technician-dependent - I believe this is my and other customers' cases. So I am not here to dent Mr Duct cleaning high Google ratings - I will just share my experience as one customer of Mr Duct.

My experience was a "so-so" experience with my technician. It was not really bad - it was not good too. But when you are paying close to $500 for a furnace, dryer vent and air duct cleaning, you want it to be at least a good if not a great experience.

Let me start with what I think my technician did RIGHT:
1. He used a strong gas vacuum to clean trunk line and intakes.
2. Access opening made on both lines (supply and return main line) were covered and secured well after the service.
3. Dryer vent cleaning was comprehensive and clean.
4. He used shoe covers (as requested) when he serviced my home (my home carpet was just cleaned professionally a week ago).

Here are what I think he did a "SO-SO" job:
1. In the work order with Mr Duct - to clean furnace blower motor: When I inspected the blower motor after he said he cleaned it, I saw a good amount of dust and lint on all blower blades. My technician was loading his stuff to his truck - signaling he was done. So I called Mr. Duct customer service rep, Hector, while my technician was still in my home and Hector spoke with my technician and this was corrected - my technician re-cleaned the air blower blades with me re-inspecting it right after. To be fair, blades were clean after the re-clean.

2. In my work order, it also says clean furnace evaporator coil, drain and pan: When I asked my technician if he had done so, he said they (Mr Duct) DO NOT usually do it. But when I showed him my work order, he then said the vacuum that was attached to the trunk lines could have cleaned the coil, drain and pan already (I am not sure if this is the proper way of cleaning the coil, drain and pan professionally). I did not insist further as I was afraid he does not know how to clean them the right way and he might just damaged the furnace if he will do it.

3. I may have at least 2 supply registers/plenum uncleaned or not cleaned properly, 2 intake registers/plenum uncleaned or not cleaned properly.

How did I know it? Post inspection of all my vents - I saw lint/dust bundles (small, few) on one; and on another - kitchen supply vent, debris like small candy (like M&Ms) were still there. I have to vacuum them myself. I would think this should have been taken care of. My mistake was I did not check all the vents before the technician left - a lesson learned.

My other 2 intake vents were unscrewed at all as there were spider webs all over inside when I opened the grill. I vacuumed them myself after technician left.

To be fair, all other vents except the ones mentioned above were cleaned well.

4. In my email with Mr Duct, it says the technician will provide CFM reading of before and after dryer vent cleaning. This did not happen - Nothing was provided.

To be fair - my technician cleaned my dryer vent duct comprehensively.

MAJOR TAKEAWAYS:
1. The furnace cleaning service that they sell is a "mediocre". DO NOT get this service from them. If my technician told me that they DO not clean evaporator coils, pans and drains - then their technicians probably were not trained to do it. They should not sell this service at all to customers.

2. You can pay for their main trunk and air duct supply and return cleaning service. BUT make sure to monitor that ALL your vents are properly taken care of. My mistake was that I trusted that my technician be cleaning all my vents and I was wrong.

3. BUYER'S REMORSE? Yes - quite a bit. I should not feel this way at all.

I cannot understand the positive reviews for value. Had them price out a dryer vent replacement. They wanted $900 for an easy job that is a straight shot with only one elbow. Ridiculous and that is without patching holes. Got another company that is doing it for hundreds less. Never call them again!

The two techs came in with masks and had covered the shoes. Very happy with the cleaning, guys did have pictures and videos of before and after vents. Also let me know I had an issue with the returns that I need to get it checked out. This was the first time I ever prof cleaned my duct work and I just had my kitchen remodeled so I know they where extremely dusty. Thank you Mr. Duct who I was referred by the contractor Risen Renovation LLC.

Start to finish, everything was great. Scheduling was easy, office staff has great customer service, very friendly. The tech's worked neatly with shoe covers and masks. They communicated well during the process. I would use them again and have already referred them out.
