Mr. Duct

Early Jan 2021: Multiple people reached out to me including Alexis and Tom and they also refunded the bill I paid for investigation of the problem. This company cares about their customers and their reputation. I've now updated my rating and intend to use them in the future.

Late Dec 2020: I called for a heating system repair where the issue was not resolved and I posted this negative review.

Totally worth the cost. They called and were able to come out same day. They had all the right tools and worked quickly and efficiently. My dryer vent went from 10cfms before the cleaning to 960cfms after!

Mr. Duct has provided me with excellent, honest and reliable service. They have cleaned my vents and serviced my dual furnaces and have consistently provided excellent and outstanding service. I highly recommend them.

Prompt, efficient, on-time, meticulous and value for money. the technician was knowledgeable and was effective in communicating in layman's language the resolved existing issues and potential problems in future. Nathan came out and cleaned our Dryer duct which was pretty clogged up. He did a terrific job, and I would request him the next time that we need it cleaned.

Just had my ducts cleaned by Mr Duct and am very pleased. The two man crew were very courteous, cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. I will definitely be using Mr Duct again in the future.

Our house was quite dusty. Then we got Mr Duct to clean the ducts.
2 guys came to work for 2 and a half hours, cleaning each return, vent,
main, the A/C coil, and the Dryer vent.

The effect is tremendous: the floor does not accumulate dust anymore.
That is great enough. But something unexpected has happened. Our
fireplace used to be very cold and drafty in cold weather last year. I
was trying a get a fireplace company to come to fix it. However, this
problem has gone after Mr Duct cleaned our ducts. I still don't know why,
but is very happy about it. I am glad that I got Mr Duct to come to clean
my ducts first before I call the fireplace guys.

The dryer duct cleaning was great. Tyron did a great job. Was neat and clean about the process, wore protective booties in our home and was so kind and helpful. We will use Mr. Duct again for this service and other services. Tina Zientarski, Naperville
