Mr. Duct

My A/C stopped working on literally the hottest day of the summer. Contacted Mr. Duct & despite short notice, techs arrived that day to trouble shoot and were able to fix the problem right away! Quality work, true expertise, fair pricing, honest & personable are some of the compliments I'd give this company & team. (The techs wore masks & shoe coverings and distanced appropriately which also made me feel safe with Covid19 precautions.)

I had used another company in the past. They tried to upsell Services I didn't need and were very pushy and unprofessional.

Emmanuel was the Tech that came to my house. He was knowledgeable, friendly, and early for the scheduled appointment. I can't say enough about how great of an experience it was. They were very neat and even used boot covers to keep the house clean.

One thing I really liked was that the price I was quoted is the price I paid. I'm sure I could have asked for more but there were not any pushy sales tactics. Highly recommend this service.

Mr. Duct did a great job cleaning our ducts. The arrived on time and cleaned up after themselves when the job was completed. They were super polite and easy to work with. I would definitely recommend Mr. Duct to anyone. Within an hour of the guys leaving, my daughter and her boyfriend both noticed a huge difference (they have allergies and asthma). Super fast response when requesting a quote for services. They applied discount and had technicians here the following day to perform service. Two technicians arrived within the allotted time, very friendly and professional. Explained the scope of work to me and exactly what they were going to do. Service took about 1.5 hours to complete. They were courteous and I felt like they were very honest about the work they did. The lead tech showed the video of the cleaned ducts and advised a timeline for going forward. The gentlemen who came today were above and beyond professional. They were on time, respected our home, answered my questions with clarity. With regard to just professionalism, I'm not sure what I expected when they arrived, but Kirk and Derrick exceeded my expectations.

As far as the service, I appreciate how knowledgeable they were! I had a few questions regarding my dryer vent and how often I needed to clean my vents and all of my questions were addressed. Looking at the before and after pictures, they were able to show me that the vents have never been cleaned before (we just bought our home just over a year ago). Kirk explained to me that because we have a young child and one the way, cleaning the vents regularly going forward would be best for them (I loved that).

Overall, Mr. Duct has my business! If Kirk and Derrick represent the type of quality, professionalism, and customer satisfaction that Mr. Duct strives for, then I'm excited to give you all my future business and my recommendation to my friends and family.

I had a great experience yesterday, but I want to highlight three factors that were the most important to me. 1) punctuality: Nothing worse when you have to stay waiting on a 2 hour window to only get the service come in the last minute of that window. This wasn't the case, I got a call stating that they technicians would arrive between 8:00/8:30 am and they literally arrived at 8:03am. 2) Transparency: What they price you is what you pay, no hidden gimmicks. 3) Technician professionalism: the to gentlemen that came were very polite and knowledgeable, they went above and beyond to solve an blockage issue I have on my vent. So yes, I highly recommend Mr. Duct and will be using them again in the future.

Your crew didn’t just start punching holes in the drywall, but rather, they took the time to investigate all the possibilities.

I had called because I was in diar need of a duct cleaning and they answered the phone right away! Their prices were extremely reasonable and were able to send a crew out the very next day! The two man crew were beyond respectful and extremely knowledgeable about their job. Throughout the process the filled me in on everything that was going on and showed me pictures of their findings.
