The technicians arrived on time; were very respectful of our home and appliances and did an excellent job cleaning the dryer vent. They found and removed a birds nest and then offered to install a cage to prevent further problems. The bill was exactly as quoted and the extra cost to the bird cage and installation was reasonable.

Phenomenal Service 5 STAR....both technicians were very hard working & were "above and beyond" in their professionalism......They showed me the before and after pics on almost every vent as they were cleaning.....would definitely recommend to anyone.

It's really important to research companies such as Mr. Duct since there are so many that don't have the expertise to clean the vents spotless as did Mr. Duct's techs. A lot of similar places will add on prices for "extras" but I received an email quote from Tom Oplawski and there were no surprise fees when I paid the technicians.

Along with reading all customer reviews, your NADCA certification really mattered.

I had a dryer vent and full air duct cleaning. They were able to come over very quickly and charged a reasonable price. The technician was very nice and didn't try to up well other services.

I was told they would call prior to arriving and they did not. Therefore I had to rush to leave work to find out they were already there. Then the owner tells me they will wait for me. While trying to scramble out of work and get there I get another call saying if I don’t arrive in EXACTLY 5 minutes they will leave. So I left work and I’m literally RUSHING to get there and now I’m on a timer for 5 minutes? I was rushing through lights constantly calling begging them to not leave as this is the only time I could really get them in. I’m literally blown away by this. In the middle of moving in and renovating our house and that’s how I get treated as a first time costumer. That’s beyond ridiculous and I won’t be using them again or referring them to anyone. AWFUL. Maybe if I was actually called like I was told I would be I could have arrived on time. And I’ll be posting this anywhere I can.

Mr Duct guys are professional, on-time and performed their job as expected. I hired them twice and they provided highest quality service. I would hire them for future duct and dryer vent cleaning work.

This company cleaned the vent to our dryer. The technician arrived on time and was polite and professional. He wore shoe covers! That was a plus. I would recommend them to friends.

My air conditioner was leaking water so I had Mr. Duct come out and take a look. They diagnosed the problem and fixed it for a very reasonable price. The technicians and office staff were very professional, knowledgeable and on time. I would use Mr. Duct again in the future.

Everything went really well. The guys did a terrific job - neat, thorough, very informative of the process including how to best keep furnace/air ducts at peak clean & performance levels on-going. Because this was done post-construction 18 months in a new development, I've recommended you to the neighbors. I've noticed a significant improvement to both air quality and how much quieter/more efficiently our furnace is running. It's really important to do your homework - there are some real fly-by-night operations. Your NADCA certification really mattered. It makes a difference from start to finish. My technician was prompt, efficient, clean, and knowledgeable. He even gave me advice on how to Maintain my ducts in between appointments.Based on my experience, I will definitely Use Mr. Duct again.
