We contacted One Hour Heating & Air Conditioning of Naperville to come out and clean our air conditioner. After our appointment was set, our air conditioner went out completely. Paul was our service technician who came out on the call. He was very polite and knowledgeable. He was able to fix the issue quickly and explained the process completely. Their policy of full disclosure pricing gave us the confidence and assurance that we were paying a best in market rate. I would highly recommend both, this company and Paul, as they are both best in class.

Paul did an excellent job of checking my furnace and AC. He gave me lot of tips and suggestions for proper maintenance and improving the efficiency of the system at a lower cost.

After an appointment for a cleaning on my ac unit Paul discovered that the refrigerant in my unit was low and I was able to get it topped off. My older unit is now running great. Thanks again Paul.
