Mr. Duct

The crew did a great job of cleaning the dryer vent. It was blocked. The guys were thorough when they cleaned. Cleaned up after themselves and did a great job. Thank you and I guess I better not wait 10 years until I clean my vents.

Our furnace went out on 3/01/14, and after checking reviews on line for Mr Duct, we called around 7AM. They arrived about five hours later. Service call $139.00(minus $20.00 coupon) They replaced the hot surface igniter.(online price $29 to $49) we were charged $195 for the part and installation,which took about ten minutes, including splicing the new piece to the broken igniter, because their igniter did not fit. Total of $314.00 . Ridiculesly expensive service call.

The two gentlemen who came to clean my air ducts did a fabulous job! Prompt and extremely clean! They even shoveled so they wouldn’t track snow into the house! I would highly recommend them!
