Mr. Duct was such an easy company to work with. They answered all my questions and concerns in a timely, professional, and friendly manner. I was pleased with the level of service Andrew & Garrett provided at my scheduled appointment. I am recommending Mr. Duct to all my friends--especially after seeing my ducts' before and after pictures. 10/10 enjoyed working with this business!

Jason did an outstanding job cleaning our vent. He arrived on time and his work exceded our expectations and left our home like it was before he did the work. It was stated in the contract that flex hose vent could only be cleaned 60 to 70% and when he finished I am delighted to say they were more like 99.9%. I highly recommend Jason and Mr Duct

Kirk was great! He arrived even earlier then expected and from start explained the process how everything is going to go. Since the house is 2 story with full basement, Kirk and I walked to see every vent to insure that everything will get cleaned properly.
From the moment I contacted about 10 duct cleaning companies, Mr. Duct were the first to reply and ask questions to provide me with a proper estimate. From all companies, Mr. Duct was the only reasonable estimate we received. The office staff followed up with me and set up an appointment when it was convenient for me.
This is a new house for us, which was built in 1978 and the previous owner probably never had his air ducts cleaned, as there was so much garbage, dust bunnies, leaves, etc... that came out. Now that there's going to be clean fresh air to breath, can actually move in.

Its bad that i cant give them 10 stars!!! Just WOW! What an Amazing work done by Manny and Lewis! Even before i asked if they have shoe cover (we just cleaned the floor and wanted to see if they would wear the cover) they put on the cover and took their time to cover up some areas that might get damaged by their machine/shoes with fabrics. They were so caring! They went over places after jobs were done. Showed us vents area, not only by the photos they took, but in person and made sure everything looks great! Thank you so much for cleaning my house!!

Mr. Duct was recommended to us by our landlord. The technician arrived as scheduled and asked to be shown the furnace before beginning. He said he was not able to clean our ducts because it looked like asbestos had been used on a couple of the ceiling pipes/ducts. He also told us that even if we had the asbestos removed, Mr. Duct would not take the job as it could present problems down the line. So, we will live with dirty ducts. (There was a company we used via Groupon 9 years ago. They never mentioned the asbetos issue.) Better safe than sorry.

It was a wonderful experience. He came in on time, was very punctual, knowledgeable, and was doing cleaning very nicely. He did put corner protection to at wall corner and took care of wall and corner protection everywhere. He really wanted to clean all the ducts and dryer vent thoroughly and he spent enough time at all the ducts. And the main important part, it did improve airflow in the whole house. I will definitely recommend Mr.Duct to everyone.

From start to finish Mr. Duct exceeded my expectations. I received my quote, got the appointment set up, and even though my ducts had never been cleaned the price stayed the same just like they guaranteed. My technicians were awesome! We were referred to Mr. Duct by the folks who re-did our hardwood floor --Adrian Flooring, in Glenview (also an outstanding company, by the way). I was extremely impressed with the courtesy and professionalism demonstrated by everyone at Mr. Duct, from the office people to the two guys who came and did the work. They took less than two hours to clean our entire duct system and did a fantastic job. They even showed us before and after pics, so I am confident that what they did was badly needed. I called Mr. Duct for Dryer vent cleaning. I was pleased with the service and saw a great difference in the dryers drying time. I can't recall when the dryer worked so well. I called several people to have this done and I got the run around because my vent exits on the roof. People did not have the equipment needed for this service. I could not believe how many people were not equipped for this. Thank you for being available for next day service. The service was prompt and courteous. I will use your service again in the future and would be sure to recommend your company to family and friends.
