Mr. Duct

Very professional from the moment I called until the day they left my home. I spoke with about 4 or 5 companies, one came by, did an estimate, and never bothered to follow up! They came when they said they would even though it was freezing and we were buried in snow. They were very careful and respectful with our home and how best to keep the cold air out, even though we needed to have an open window. You couldn't even tell they were here when the left and we have upwards of 40 vents. I am super picky about he works on our home but we will definitely be using them again.

They were professional, punctual (They said arrival time would be between 8:15 and 8:30 and they stayed true to the window). They did a thorough job, were courteous and mindful about our space (wore booties in the house). Overall satisfied with the service.

Mr. Duct provided fast, efficient service with a smile. The technician was on time, polite and thorough. He explained what he was doing and why each step of the way. They've gained a new customer. Highly recommended.

The guys did a great job. They explained everything and walked me through it; asked if I had any questions. They cleaned up after and showed me before and after pics. I highly recommend Mr. Duct and will use them again in the future.

I selected Mr. Duct based on BBB reviews. From the first customer service interaction I was impressed with their friendliness and professionalism. I had my ducts cleaned and furnaced serviced. The technicians for both services were extremely polite, professional and thorough. I will be a repeat customer.

A friend recommended Mr. Duct, and we're glad he did. The two technicians did a very thorough job in a very professional manner. They did not try to sell any extra services or products as some other duct cleaning services do. The technician used a scope to show how the ducts look before and after cleaning. They even clean the furnace fan and the air conditioning A coil.

Adrian and Jon were great! They did an outstanding job and I feel my family and I are breathing much better air quality. Thanks so much! Mr. Duct's crew was very professional. They did a great job cleaning the ducts on my two HVAC systems. The ducts in the slab had been underwater but they were no challenge to clean by these guys.

UPDATE: I added another star. after i posted these reviews the owner called and refunded my Payment. I thank him for his apology and doing his best to rectify an already volatile situation:
I used these guys for 4 years to maintain my system and for the most part it was excellent service....That is until last time i called them in. I am not sure if it was a new contractor or what but It very much felt like i was being taken. My air conditioner was freezing up and not working. The two technicians came out and didn't know what was wrong with it, so they kept racking up different charges as they did a cleaning, charged Freon, replaced a capacitor (which i later found out was fine) and then the entire thing died on them....at this point i was told i needed to buy an entire new unit.
As i already had a bad feeling about i called in a second opinion (HR STEWART) and in 5 minutes the diagnosed the real problem which was that my Electrical panel was corroded and needed to be redone. THERE WAS NOTHING ACTUALLY WRONG WITH THE UNIT. SO had i gone with MR Duct and replaced the 4000 dollar unit, it still wouldn't have worked and i would have had to dish out another 2000 to replace the electrical issue. Once the electrical panel was fixed in the house and a new line run to the unit, the air conditioner was absolutely Fine. I understand having to rule things out to diagnose, but when two guys spend 4 hours looking and trying thing after thing, and a new contractor comes out and can tell what the issue is in 5 minutes (not having told him of what MR duct had already done) there is an issue. Mr duct also told me the work would be comped...ONLY if i purchased the air unit from them...so then i got an invoice for all the unnecessary work they did. So basically they did a bunch of unneccesarry work and told me it would only be comped if i bought a 4000 dollar air conditioner from them...sounds awfully shady to me.
So then i argued with the contractor that i was not going to pay for this scam, and finally he agreed that if i sent in the invoice from the other contractor to prove the work done he would waive charges. I offered to still pay the Service charge since they did come out and i sent the invoice for the electrical work and heard nothing back...now 3 months later i get a phone call from Mr Duct telling me i have a balance of $119 dollars for the service call...Ok fine...they came out ill pay the service call...however i never received notification of this charge or an invoice. SO basically he did not waive all the charges and then just left the $119 on my account to rot. So now i had an unknown, unpaid bill sitting out which could cause hits on my credit score....I just paid the damn $119 at this point to avoid being put into collections...I will NEVER call Mr. Duct again. Its very sad that this experience was bad enough to negate 4 years of good service.

I just finished a major kitchen remodel project and was desperate to have our air ducts cleaned. The team at Mr. Duct was professional, responsive, on time and on budget. I recommend Mr. Duct, and I will use them again in the future.
