Mr. Duct workers Kirkland and Derrick arrived on time, explained how they would be doing their work, were very careful to not harm my furniture and floor with their equipment, were sensitive to the noise of their equipment, changed my furnace filters and left my apartment in good condition.

I was in an emergency situation because my dryer was throwing air flow errors and I was out of socks. I called Evergreen, they came out the same day, and I didn't have to go without socks. :) They could have filled a large garbage bag with all the junk that came out of the vent. The dryer works great now !
