We needed servicing for our wine-room
A/C System. Parts and quality workmanship are hard to find but Paul Soprani provided us with extra effort, excellent service and follow thru. I would not hesitate to use them again.

Superior Sheet Metal and Heating did an outstanding job installing two new Carrier furnaces and AC units. While they are a union shop they were more competitive than four other area non union shops within a 15 mile radius. Very clean install with experienced people doing the job. They also installed two new systems on the roof of our condo building and again their bid was more competitive. I was very careful to compare the other competing bids to make sure all were quoting the same Carrier equipment. Would highly recommend their services.

Watch out for these guys. At a minimum they have sloppy business practices, but I feel downright scammed. I hired Superior Sheet Metal & Heating to come service my HVAC and wine cellar in Spring 2020 and was happy with the service. I recently called to request Fall maintenance on my HVAC. I received a bill for HVAC & wine cellar service. When I called to ask about it, I was told that in the spring we agreed to service the wine cellar twice a year so the guy did that. First, I don't remember committing to that. Second, when I scheduled the Fall service I only requested service on the HVAC. The wine cellar was never discussed. Third, while I did ask the guy to confirm that I put the filters into the wine cellar correctly, he never mentioned servicing the wine cellar that day nor did I ever see him working on it as I went in and out of the room. Finally, as the technician left I commented that it didn't take very long and he summarized what he did, as well as one thing he wasn't able to do. He NEVER mentioned the wine cellar. As it became a case of he-said/she-said, I agreed to split the charge with the company to make this go away. Lesson learned! Stay away.
