They were recommended to me by my friend, who said he's been using them for a few years. I thought, "Why not?" They have a great reputation, so I went with them. They were able to come out the next day and do the work that needed to be done on my AC unit. They did a good job and fixed everything quickly, too! The price was reasonable. The work was done well and they explained what they had done as they were doing it. I would absolutely recommend this company to others!

I know that it is important for your heating system to work properly in order to keep your home warm and comfortable, so I was very happy when I found out that Nolan & Son was able to fix my HAVC system!

I have had several issues with my unit over the years, and they always come out to make sure it's working properly before leaving me without heat or air conditioning for any length of time. The technicians are very knowledgeable about what they do, and they don't mind answering questions when you're not sure what's wrong with your unit.

We bought a townhouse and the previous owners installed a cheap toilet to finish a bath remodel that wasn't very complete or professionally done. Poor service. Called yesterday morning about my furnace and the smell of gas. They said they would get someone out to our house today between 2 and 6 (after I entered into a service contract with them) At 545, the technician calls and says he can't make it. He will come tomorrow between 10 and 12. He never showed. I called and they said they would have a manager call me. They never called. Luckily, I was able to cancel the service contract.

Our technician arrived on time and called beforehand to give us a 15 minute heads up. He did good work and was very knowledgeable about questions that we had. Top notch work and affordable price. A big shout out to Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling. Last night my furnace stopped working and since I am a first time home buyer, and I did not know who to call to do HVAC installation. I went online and found Nolan & Son Heating & Cooling and I called them immediately and explained the situation and Alex said he would came out the next morning. As it turned out, I needed a new furnace and I was surprised Alex didn't charge us for his call. Very grateful for the service.
