When I finally decided to go w/ a particular option I was offered a time slot the next morning (in December...w/ a cold front on the way). 5.0!
The installers (Peter #2 and [I've forgotten]) seemed to do a good job, and I liked them...but it was difficult communicating w/ them because I don't speak Polish and their English was fairly limited. 4.5
The furnace has only been in a week but so far, so good :) 5.0
There was a small job of inspecting the Air Conditioning coil which they were nice enough to do and address w/ a bit of calking. 5.0

Peter came to my home and provided an estimate to replace my 26 year old air conditioner and furnace; the pricing was excellent and installation happened 2 days later. The service techs were professional, courteous and cleaned up afterward, leaving everything in good condition.
Peter even stopped by during the installation to make sure all was going well; he even programmed my thermostat and set up online access.
If you're considering using this company, don't hesitate - great people and service!

I was pleased with the service and products GSHA provided. Price was also very reasonable and competitive. Everybody is polite and treat me and my property with respect. Peter took his time to explain each products I was interested when he came for appraisal. Martin also explained to me in detail right before installation, about what they're about to do. The only issue I have was that I also ordered the duct cleaning service and they did it on the same day as the installation of the furnace and AC. They cleaned all the ducts on the second floor but the first vent they cleaned on the first floor was connected with a flex duct and they automatically assumed the entire first floor are with flex and did not clean any first floor's ducts. Actually that is the only one. The rest of the vents are all connected with aluminum ducts. It was done by the same crew who did the installation so I understand they were probably exhausted after 9 hours of work. But they still should have checked the ducts before they start cleaning them.
That's the reason I took off one star but overall, I'm satisfied with GSHA Services and would recommended them to my friends and family.

Peter visited my home and estimated the best proposal on a turnkey basis within 24 hours to install a new A/C system instead of my 22 years old A/C system.
Two installers completed the work for 7 hours and Peter visited me again to check the whole project well done. They showed a good team work.The new A/C system is running well to my satisfaction. I would recommend GSHA Services, LTD to my friends and neighbors.

Simply the best! Martin did very good job with my HVAC. Kathy is very responsive with her customer service. Peter gave me very good advice as well as a great price. I am so satisfied with their work that I am having them install a complete system at my brother's house.

Honest and Excellent Service. Peter really stands behind his 100% satisfaction guarantee. Originally we chose a cheaper furnace but ended up not liking it because the burners were a bit loud. Peter came out right away and reviewed options with us, and let us upgrade to a better model no questions asked. His install team was excellent as well -- really friendly and knowledgeable and very thorough and meticulous about the installation. We are very happy and the furnaces are whisper quiet.

GSHA is the company to hire for all your HVAC appliances and services. Genuine customer service is delivered every time. Peter runs his business like no other in this industry. I know this and have recommended him to many people for many years with confidence. I am pleased to know the company is expanding the services offered to include water heaters, electric,and plumbing.
