Friendly and professional crew who took great care to keep my house clean as they did their work. Efficient and explained every step. This is my second time using Mr Duct and I would absolutely use them again. Highly recommended.

Very happy. The 2 guys that came round were polite, professional and friendly. They told me exactly what would be happening on the appointment and checked that I was satisfied. I'm mid remodelling and will not hesitate to call them back again in 6 months to do another clean after the flooring is in.

Mr. Duct has cleaned our ducts twice now and they've done a fantastic job both times. The technicians are knowledgeable, courteous, and thorough. They take the time to explain the process, prepare each room, and show the difference between before and after vent cleaning. They're efficient, friendly, and very careful!

Just had my duct's cleaned this morning. I received a call 45 minutes ahead of the scheduled start to let me know the team was on it's way. They arrived with in the estimated window of time and were happy and ready to work immediately. They took before and after pics, providing evidence that their service made a huge difference. There are cheaper services out there but I'd be shocked if they were on the same level of service and efficiency as Mr. Duct. Also, I'd like to mention that the guys that did the job (AJ and Lucas), were great guys. They were fast, efficient, explained everything they were going to do, cleaned up after themselves leaving my place looking better than before and on top of their professionalism, were nice guys who were pleasant to chat and joke with. Having strangers in your house can be sketchy but I felt comfortable with them after just a few minutes.

I will/would absolutely recommend this service to anyone.

Great service. I found them on Angie's List, where they are well-rated. Initially they came out to do a cleaning and I didn't know where my duct terminated (turns out: the roof of our 3-story home). They didn't charge me for the first visit and we rescheduled. They were very professional. I would definitely use them again.

I was more than satisfied with this service. The two technicians came on time and worked very hard the entire time they were here. They were thorough and made sure that I understood everything they were doing. I could not believe the accumulation of dust and dirt they removed. As a result of their cleaning my furnace is more efficient, the dryer works ten times better, and my wife, who suffers from dust-born allergies, noticed a remarkable difference. The technicians were return all objects moved back into place and carefully cleaned up all dust and debris. I would gladly recommend your service as doing everything promised at the price that was quoted. My only regret is that I waited so long to have this done.

For years our house suffered from air quality issues and when someone mentioned checking our air ducts, I thought little of it. When we saw what was in there, I was absolutely appalled. Immediately I searched online and found Mr. Duct. Not only was their Customer Service team extremely helpful and accomodating to schedule a quick Saturday service date, but they also had amazing followup throughout the process.

Their technicians were extremely professional and educated us on the process of their work for the day, but also what we should keep an eye out for considering the age of the house. They were very efficient in their work and left the house clean. Once they were gone, you would have never guessed they were even there. That is, except for the fact that our ducts were clean and the air was flowing better than ever.

I highly recommend them for any HVAC work you might have in your home.

I was very pleased with the dryer vent cleaning service I received in June 2018. The technician was respectful, professional, detailed and cleaned up well. He explained what he was doing before, during and after. He also thuroughly explained the problems with the venting process in my condo unit. I will definitely call for future service from Mr. Duct.

Got a service done and after a month i decided to do some home renovations and took the covers to the vents upstairs and found that the job was not done properly. Sad paid 375 for a job half done. The ones they showed me in the downstairs area had no dust or anything but i trusted them and didn't check. A total waste of money
