Mr. Duct

This is a copy and paste of the email I sent to one of their CCR's, Martha.

"Martha - my wife is extremely happy with the service provided. She said the before and after videos are like night and day. The cleaners said the vents were very dirty and the dryer vent was so clogged, it was a fire hazard. The previous owners did not take good care of the house.

Also, she was very happy that they consulted her about the dryer outlet flaps on the exterior. They were so old, they were falling apart. The idea to replace them is something we didn't think about but turned out to be sorely needed.

My wife and I feel this was a very valuable and worthwhile purchase. Thank you so much."

In a couple years, when we are looking to clean again, we will definitely contact Mr. Duct. Also, I will refer as many friends in the western suburbs to them as possible.

If a service company does such a great job that my wife is impressed, they've earned a 5 star. She is not one to just give away praise.

Mr. Duct sent two courteous, friendly professional young men out to clean out the duct from my clothes dryer. I asked on-line for a quote and received a phone call promptly with an appt same day. I had researched prices on-line and their price was within the industry standard. They cleaned from inside and from the roof outside, which was not easy. They showed me how much lint was blocking my duct work and recommended 18 month cleanings to ensure we don't have a fire. (We had just burned the motor out on the dryer from low air flow so fire was a concern of the Whirlpool technician) The Mr. Duct reps went the extra mile and climbed into our attic to make sure the duct work looked good and secure where we can't see. I'm glad I called and pleased with the results. I would highly recommend them to anyone!

Very professional and prompt. I tried to clean my dryer vent myself and ended up making the problem worse so I was worried about a fire. The dryer vent was cleaned thoroughly and got my dryer working properly again. I was very happy with the service I received.

Mario and Pedro were super professional, friendly, and fast. Highly recommend them/ the company for your “duct” services. I had a clogged duct and split vent and they were able to clean it out and repair in less than an hour- even had pictures to show me what was going on in the attic, which I really appreciated. Mario was very knowledgeable too, and showed me some tips to look out for if I have an issue with my duct again. Thanks again for your help.

The crew arrived on time and set right to work. Their work was meticulous and thorough. We've used other duct cleaning services in the past, but their work was not to the standard of Mr. Duct. I would highly recommend Mr. Duct, and we will use them in the future for our annual dryer vent cleaning.

This is the first time i performed Duct cleaning, So i cannot compare with other service providers. So i gave 4 stars.

We were very satisfied. The guys that came were very professional and knowledge about. We moved into our house about 1 year ago and had questions that the main guy helped answer and gave us tips and suggests. The video he showed me before the cleaning could tell that the previous owners never had the ducts cleaned. They also had pets and the video was gross. My family has allergies and just as suspected, they have not coughed or sneezed since. I have used Mr. Duct at our old house in a different town and i am really happy I called them again and took a chance on a different location. Well done Mr. Ducts!
