I’ve always had the best experience and professional service with this company. I simply wouldn’t go anywhere else. Chris, the repairman was very courteous, helpful, extremely knowledgeable and kind. Answered all my many questions to the fullest. He is a great person and an asset the company. I called them in the morning when they opened at 8:00am they gave me a 4 hour window and was here in less than 2 hours of the appointment call. It just so happened that the next 4 days were supposed to be in the 90’s. Amen, he fixed the the problem with the air conditioning. It was a tripped switch. I was at the mercy of their help. It was starting to get warm in the house. I am so grateful to them. If you have any heating or cooling needs, believe me call this company. You will be in the best hands and they will fix your problem.

I’m so glad that I have Energy Services heating and air conditioning. They have professionally installed both units and because of their expertise and attention to detail, this equipment continues to be reliable. Today Dan performed preventive maintenance on air conditioning. After I saw all that he did, I’m grateful that he could be here to help, and the air conditioner clearly needed him. Now it’s back in top condition.

5 Stars 100% for Energy Services and Brian our project manager especially. We had a very old furnace and AC system and got estimates for a full replacement in hopes we would do the work in the spring. Winter came and our furnace failed over a weekend. Brian responded quickly to update our estimate to make sure we were maximizing savings while choosing the best option for us and brought over space heaters to get our family through the weekend. Energy Services was at our home that following Monday for the full installation. Incredibly happy with the work and would recommend them to anyone.

If you love your home, expect others to maintain it like their own, and appreciate tradesmen who take pride in their work then you MUST call Kevin and the team at Energy Services in Naperville. I called for a service appointment for my 17 year old Carrier furnace. Henry, the technician, clearly and objectively described the benefits of replacing my furnace rather than repairing the failed component and continuing to operate an aging furnace on borrowed time. There was no pressure to make a decision on the spot, and the candor and empathy that came with his communication was exactly what I needed to make an informed and confident decision. The replacement furnace was scheduled for the next business day, and on the morning of the installation the president, Kevin, called in advance of the team arriving to ensure that I was aware of the timing and to answer any questions I may have had. When Steve and Alex arrived to install the furnace, they were clean, courteous, and confident in their work, which was the perfect capstone to an otherwise unexpected episode.
