Our company (Williams Stoker Heating) has been doing business with Munches for over a year now and have been overall pleased with their service. They carry quality equipment and have what we need in stock. If there are ever any issues with our orders they are prompt to respond and correct whatever needs to be fixed.

Delivery driver blocked the alley early in the morning when everyone needed to be leaving for work. When asked to move the driver refused and was very rude. He said his boss allows him to block the alley.

Please don’t block alley and make loud banging noises (that woke my family up) 730am Saturday, Nov 5th 2022 behind 5518 W Wilson Av , Jefferson Park. I texted MS with a complaint. I got a notice that the text was read (by a JK)….No reply.

Drivers swerve into people acting like they will hit you in order to cut you off. Don’t support these clowns.

Words fail me, I have never spent such a difficult day trying to speak to a person and sort out the problem.

Hands-down the best heating and air-conditioning supply shop in Chicago. They offer the best equipment with American Standard and Trane equipment to too it off. They will have your order ready to load on the truck when you get there 9/10 times. As a HVAC contractor I appreciate that and will continue to do business with these guys for many many years to come. Thank you.

They won’t sell to you an anode rod unless you have a company name , plumbers license or EPA card. So if you’re a building owner and tired of over paying these over priced plumbers a fortune for a $30 piece of metal. That you can do yourself in less tha 30 minutes. You’re out of luck . I just ordered one on line with no problem

Nice guys, but SLOW service. Always more employees than customers, I don't get it. Guys, a little bit of urgency when dealing with your customers would go a long way.
