Ferguson HVAC Supply

Grateful this place was open and well stocked and wonderful people. Heater went out at 4am 12/23 during the cold. Fortunately I'm a little handy and look for the obvious 1st and found fan capacitor blew up, had to wait til day break and start calling, people were nope, nope have to order. Found this place and it was like how many do you need and the prices are great.

Tom Jaremka wanna say your the best. Thanks for your patient and your knowledge glad I met you today. Rheem Product is amazing, hope to work with you more and manny years to come. You guys make me strong! 💪 beautiful equipment.

Good HVAC parts store. My personal preference for HVAC parts is Johnstone Supply but and they were my go to place but unfortunately, Johnstone didn't have the replacement Rheem water heater gas valve and recommended Ferguson HVAC. Not disappointed.

Don't know what shipping is like but receiving is slow, but that's diesel life. The location is bothersome. 2 WAYS IN ... first is right off the exit; a turn onto A SMALL road that cars will make difficult. The second is behind HOME DEPOT(HD). Yes, all the way through. Ferguson docks face HD docks ( GOOD LUCK ).

First time going into a Ferguson. Staff was friendly and helpful. They have amazing deals on tools, and we're very helpful with helping me learn about current promotions. I was originally going to return a part, and they made it a very easy process. Typically I call them on the phone, and it's easy enough to work with them, but I think in person was a very positive experience.

If you are a small business, stay away from this place. They are not going to take care of you. They'll leave you on the phone for hours and won't answer. If they make a mistake, they're going to blame you or other employees, but no one takes responsibility. When you ask to speak to the manager, somehow they are always on lunch. My experience at all locations has been the same. If you call them, prepare to be on hold forever.

Well priced supplier with friendly and knowledgeable service. Plenty of lot parking available.

Pricing is fair not great there is a wide variety of items however and they usually have it in stock. The customer service could be better. If I am on hold for more than 10 minutes to get a price for a customer that is not acceptable.
My local sales rep is usually MIA and then wants to know why we don't buy anything from him.
Allison is helpful however when she wants to be.
It seems like there is a game of tag between the heating and plumbing departments that I don't have time for to be honest. This is why they don't get much of our bushiness. Is a boiler heating or plumbing?

Yeah, the small businesses get really run a muck by this company. I was told this and I didn’t listen. They sold me broken commodes and dragged in picking them up and refunding the money. If I had feelings they would have been hurt.

Always gotta wait a long time for parts even if i call them ahead of time. The times ive visited parts are never pulled . Waited 30 min for a blower wheel i called 20 min before arriving. My visits here havnt been great
