i cannot recommend mark enough! very knowledgeable and not only that, he was willing to keep me in the loop on what he was accessing and why. i learned a lot and very appreciative of him coming at such short notice (same day) and saving my air conditioner!

LOOK NO FURTHER. MARK IS THE REAL DEAL. I am very suspect of most repair people. I have been sold a bad bill of goods too many times. So when our AC (Spacepak) stopped working on the hottest day of the year and we couldn't hold out a day for our regular guy, I got desperate by 4pm and found Mark. And I only wish I had known about him years earlier.

If he’s short on the phone, it’s because he’s a man who is focused on what he’s doing and, after spending the hottest day of the year with him, I know that he’s freaking smart (see ‘engineer’), does the job right and doesn’t over charge you for it.

Watching him work, he shared how he was assessing the problem and his plan to fix it. He wanted to show us how to clean it ourselves in the future to save us money. And when we couldn’t take on the messy job ourselves that day, he took on the tedious, extremely laborious task of cleaning our compressor when other companies had told us to replace it. He said no way it was actually the Cadillac, but there was a trick in how you maintain it. That alone saved us thousands!!

He was so good on the AC, I brought him in to assess our aging steam boiler which is a lost art and everyone just says replace without even really assessing it. He's got mad skills and although I was worried about the higher initial fee, I realized that he actually figured out what was wrong in that time and saved us money in the end. He’s a rare, reliable gem in the sea of shifty schisters who will take your money without even fixing a thing.

Mark solved our furnace issues in no time, had practical solutions, and taught me a lot about our HVAC system (and what I was screwing up) along the way. He made an extra effort to fit us in bright and early and had our heat up and running before 9am. Will be keeping Mark’s name and number handy. Very much a satisfied customer. Thanks Mark!

Mark from Pasieka Engineering has been a Godsend for our business and home operations. We would not even consider using another company for our service needs. Mark installed a 50 gal water heater at our home yesterday, and once again did an exemplary job!

Excellent, on-time, competent service with a get it done attitude. Mark possesses the ability to think outside the box to resolve those curve-ball issues both electrical and mechanical that come up from previous service work had been done incorrectly.

When you have an HVAC problem, you want someone who knows what they are doing to work on the issue. One thing I can say is that Mark definitely knows the detailed ins and outs of HVAC, can fix the issue, and will not hesitate to explain the reasoning behind every decision and option if you are interested. Mark installed my new furnace and AC evaporator coil promptly and at a reasonable price. As a smaller operation than the big chain names, he may be busy, but that's because his skills and one-on-one interaction are in demand. It was great working with him.

Mark helped me out last minute after an AC repair technician from my home warranty company didn’t show. He is knowledgeable, friendly and does great work. I highly recommend him if you’re having issues with your AC. I plan on using him to completely replace my AC unit in the near future.

Mark is awesome! He just left my house about an hour ago and got the furnace up and running in no time during this polar vortex. It's clear that he is very knowledgeable and passionate about what he does. He walked me through each thing that he was doing so that I could hopefully take care of the issue on my own if it occurs again in the future.

My wife and I contacted several other companies, and all just routed us through a call center where our name, address and phone number were taken, and then we never heard back from them. Mark answered the phone on the first call! He had me text him my name, address and some pictures of the furnace, and he showed up ASAP!

This was the first time I used mark to repair a furnace. I was expecting him to schedule a visit sometime in the next week, but he immediately bought the part, brought it over, and the furnace works again three hours after calling. He even told us how to get better performance and efficiency out of our furnace that we weren't getting because of the way it was installed. Thank you Mark!
